After download of Windows 10 my Thunderbird has disappeared. What´s gone wrong

Got an offer to download Windows 10. I downloaded according to the instructions but when i started my Thunderbird had disappeared. Have tried to instal the Thunderbird app but i didnt work.

Have you tried using Windows uninstall to remove Thunderbird?
