Now and again in Thunderbird my keyboard does not corespond with the letter on screen, how can I repair this?

Mostly the letters are what they should be but ? = ) and those marks are generqatd by another key than on the standard qwerty keyboard.

How about " and @ and ~ and #

Do they all appear correctly when you type them?

You say "now and again" - does this mean that certain keys always misbehave? (this is probably a language/keyboard layout setting that's not right)

Or does it mean that all your keys intermittently misbehave? (this suggests a hardware fault.)

Does it happen in other programs?

Hello Zenos, @ and # are sometimes gnerated by the ? knob. It is not always and often I can reset by closing and restarting Firebird.
