[Platform update] Localization dashboard is being fixed

  1. Hey folks,

I have good news for y'all. Our localization dashboard has been getting some fixes recently. These are the improvements that we've done so far:

    • Pageview bars in the dashboard is now visible (#1523)
    • Notification emails are sometimes delayed (#1539)
    • Percentage of the top 10 article is placed in a separate row (#1569)

We're planning to make some more improvements in the coming week (including fixing the broken links in our onboarding emails). So please stay tuned as I'll update in this thread.

I do noticed that. Let me file a bug report for that.

This means that we can also add any recent Unicode emoji to the knowledge base articles?

Technically, you can. But, I'd avoid that and consult first with the content team before using emoji on a KB article since we don't have any guidelines on that as of now.

  8. Strictly speaking, I wasn't talking about adding emojis, but rather Unicode special characters such as keyboard keys or UI elements.
