Hi kumar1952,

you should start Firefox in [Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode Safe Mode] to check if any of your Extensions (Firefox/Tools->Addons->Extensions) is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Finally, you may need to Reset Firefox in order to fix your problem. Have a look at these articles on how to do this:
