I got a new toolbar look and was trying to change it, now I can't get anything back and have no toolbars, Firefox doesn't even show up, just a full page of nothingness

my tool bars, status bars, etc. all changed recently, not by my hand. IT was very confusing and i couldnt locate the tabs. i tried to change it, but everything just went awy. now i have no tabs, no tool or status bars, and the mozilla page covers the whole screen. The bar at the bottom of the screen is gone too

Open your Profile folder and delete the localstore.rdf file, it contains all the User Interface settings. It will be recreated with the default settings when you start Firefox.
