8 email accounts and TB only sends from one (no, it's not even the default one)

i have 8 different accounts.

every email i send, appears to the recipient (and in my sent pile) as coming from account #4.

note, account #4 is not the default account. its special in no other way either.

even if i change the 'From:' while composing the email, it still gets sent from account #4

help...please please help...
