Can you open the files via File > Open File?

  • Tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu bar.

Make sure that Firefox is set correctly as the default browser.

Some browsers can't open links or shortcuts created by other browsers. Right click on the shortcut and select Properties. Look for the link you want and copy it. Then paste it to the address bar.
