You keep telling me I need to log in - I don't have an account and can't find a place to create one.

I was on your help fora trying to solve a problem (and another problem, and another problem - Mozilla sure has a lot of problems). It kept telling me I couldn't post a question or comment without signing in. But I couldn't sign in without an account. And it doesn't say anywhere how to create an account. I had to get this far to even create an account, which is ridiculous. And apparently, I have to continue this process just for the account to finish being created. Why do you make it so hard to use your site?

I realize this isn't your real question. Hopefully you can post that now.

The problem of navigating the website WITHOUT creating a question was raised in another recent thread: INFO: How to create a Mozilla Support account to comment on an existing Question.

Hi, I'm sorry this is confusing - thanks for the feedback. The only thing you really need an account for on the site is asking a question so we only put that option in the process of asking a question so that we don't waste people's time creating accounts that they don't need.

In any case, you now have an account and are logged in. What problem can I help you with?

Thanks, Michael
