On November 7, 2025, we opened early access to Firefox Professional Support, a new program that began operation in January 2026. Firefox Professional Support is a dedicated enterprise-level offering for organizations that need private issue triage and escalation, defined response times, custom development options, and close collaboration with Mozilla's engineering and product teams. This program is in addition to the support options available on our Firefox Enterprise Support help page.
