Just terrible
I downloaded Firefox today. After installation, I tried to open it.
I get an error message. "A copy of firefox is already open. Only one copy of Firefox can be open at a time."
...which is pretty ridiculous. There is no copy of firefox already open, as this is a new computer & have never used Firefox prior.
I looked at some forums online, none of which helped me. My attempts to get technical support on the Mozzila website were to no avail. I even tried to contact Firefox and give them feedback on this bug, but I need to be using Firefox to even do so! Haha unbelievable.
I'm not sure what kind of browser Mozzilla is trying to create here, but from what I can gather from my experience it's probably the worst browser to ever exist.
Get your ****ing sh*t together! ***application deleted indefinitely***

Sorry this advice is going to be too late for you firefoxsucks123, but it may help others.
Similar types of errors are sometimes known to occur if firefox does not close down properly, if that is happening you need to find the process for firefox and maybe also plugincontainer and kill them.

If the problem is something in your profile, or a locked profile, troubleshooting by trying a new profile may help. If necessary settings etc may be transferred later to a new profile.
In other cases a new clean reinstall may be required, as appears to have been the case in this discussion thread from last year, which initially related to using Firefox on a Mac
