I just received a crash report and I sent it back to Firefox. However I forgot to include my email address. It's [email address] , and my question was about the age of my desktop leading to crashes (it's a Core 2).

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.

Crash reports are sent to the Mozilla servers for the techs to look over. They seldom contact the user.

When you give us the report numbers, we look up the reports and try to help you fix the issue.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Press the Reply button. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
