Only one email account visible - see screenshot

I have a number of email accounts & only one shows see screenshot. uninstalled / installed latest version (was already fully updated) .. when open program see all accounts for a second .. then only one account shows .. as in screenshot .. urgent help much appreciated. Many Thanks.

If they are IMAP folders maybe you need to Subscribe to them.

File-Subscribe

Or did the Folder view just collapse? Click the pointer beside the main folder to expand the Folder tree.

Go to View-Layout and turn Folder Pane on.

Thanks Airmail,

I can now access my account in boxes. I also had a number of folders with some accounts .. and seem to have lost them .. this includes some sent folders ... any further help much appreciated,
