After the last Firefox update, my bookmarks list only highlights the thumbnail image. The descriptive text which was previously in white colored text is no longer colored but faded and not readable. How do I resolve this problem? Zak

latest versions of firefox (now at 140.0.1) keeps opening onto my 2nd monitor which is off - how to stop it doing it. Tried making new profile which works for awhile, but sooner or later they all bump it to the 2nd monitor and it never comes back - tried moving to primary and closing it there, but next time back on #2. Open 2nd window while first is on primary, and that goes to 2nd monitor...

What's up with this? Two fake Trust Wallet add-ins were disabled within the last couple of days after one stole my money and I reported it, and another similar one. They had been pinned to my toolbar and they were subsequently taken off from there with the message that they had violated Mozilla's policies. Now I see that again there are two of them. How can this be prevented? The most obvious sign that these are fake is when one goes to create a new wallet the add-in directs the user to import instead, i.e. it wants to steal private information like recovery phrase.

I'm using Firefox in a kiosk-mode application, on a Raspberry Pi based system, started from a bash script like this:

However on booting I get a banner from Mozilla along the top of the screen saying: "Firefox automatically sends some data to Mozilla so that we can improve your experience [Choose what I share]"

This is not acceptable in kiosk mode, as it would give users access to the configuration as well as being a visual annoyance. How can we disable this?

I don't want to change the way my browser is now working, especially by some unknown AI system. Tell me how to stop or delete the new unwanted option.

I left Win Edge last year because they do the same " I(MPROVEMENTS" that I did not want. Shame on Mozilla for doing the same thing!

Hey, Please my metamask is no longer opening over the past few days, its just showing the loading icon in an infinite looping continues and never stops and never opens. Attached the pics for the infinite loop below:

When I download Firefox initially I am able to set the home page the way I want with the shortcuts I use. After a few weeks the shortcuts disappear and the only way to get them back is to delete Firefox and reinstall. I am also not able to save bookmarks anymore. This has the same resolution methods.

This has happened 3 times already.

I used once entering about about:config to enable DOT setting in my android phone but have not yet completed network.trr.uri.Later on, tried to do it but cannot access using about:config any more. Please advise, as your recent online instruction allow windows laptop to set automatically using security and privacy to go to Https setting to enable it. Not so, for android devices, even using chrome://geckoview/content/config.xhtmi, it does not go directly to enable Https setting. Any recent updates to do it. I understand that the restrictions are good to prevent most users and not developers to adjust the defaults. But why not making simpler only for most users to tweak or enable DOT setting, just like brave. Thank you for your understanding and attention. Regards Francis

Latest update changed it so that URLs are not shown in the address bar unless a button is clicked. How to restore URLs being shown by default?

In Windows 10 my Firefox Icon lists above the tasks all recent downloads which I do not want for security reasons. I have been deleting one at a time when shutting down. I don't want them there at all. Please help. Thanks
