I am attempting to copy a FF profile from a Windows 11 machine I created it and am using it on to a brand new windows 11 machine on which I have also just installed FF on. Both machines are at FF 150.0.3. I have done a search online for the methods to do this but they have both failed for me.

The first one I tried was simply copying the profile from the existing (source) machine to the profile folder in the new machine however FF never recognized the copied profile on the new machine (I am using profile manager on both machines).

I then tried copying the profile using the method we used to use a while back to copy profiles which is to let profile manager create a new profile in the new machine, open FF so that it creates that new profile in the profiles folder then delete the contents of that profile leaving it as an empty profile (with the name of the newly created FF profile). Then, I selected and copied the *entire contents* of the source profile I was trying to copy and pasted them into the newly created profile I had just zero'ed out on the new machine so that the new profile now had the exact same contents as the source profile. I knew this copy was successful because it took a while to copy all of the data from the source profile to the new profile and the indicator showed it copying.

Again, FF did not recognize the new profile when I opened FF with the name of the new profile in the prof mgr.t.

Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong or what the problem may be? One problem I had when I first copied the source profile to my 32GB USB drive was a message saying "inbox folder is too big for destination system. " The source profile is 12.72 GB so there is plenty of room on the USB drive for it to fit. I have no idea why FF would have an inbox file so I just skipped it. The rest of the profile copied to completion once I did that but its size after copying was now only 7.65 GB, about 5 GB less than the original. Could this be my problem and if so, how do I fix it? Greetings. Have Windows 11 Home . I have noticed in the last month that when I click on the star that Firefox is not saving my bookmarks. I have searched online for resolution to this problem to no avail. I am up to date on my version of Firefox . Could someone please provide the steps necessary to get this feature back. I have used Firefox as my primary browser for decades and the bookmark feature has always worked fine . Thank you in advance for your assistance .

Been using Firefox for over a decade. But lately is has become so slow now. Often freezes up if more than two tabs are open or a website is in any way very complex. What settings and issues should I check? What has changed? I can run the same sites on Brave and Edge browsers with no issues or not nearly as slow and bogged down.

Every time I boot up my computer firefox spams all of my previously opened tabs on my main screen. Due to the nature of my work, many of these windows are irrelevant to my work the following day. The only setting I can find to disable this behavior is already toggled off. Is this a bug? It's becoming really frustrating to close a billion windows every day when I come in to work.

I'm using the firefox instance packed in with Fedora, I believe it's a system package, not a flatpak.

I had been using the Mozilla Firefox VPN for a few weeks, but now it will not launch. I sign in without a problem but when I click on the VPN icon on the toolbar, nothing happens. I just get the pop-up to try the VPN and "Get Started" (see attachment).

Please advise.

With Mozilla Firefox for Linux Mint 150.0 after logging into Chase Bank , when trying to pay off my credit card, I get a message: "It looks like this part of our site is not working right now". However the site works perfectly with Chrome, thus the problem must be with Firefox. I have cleared the Chase cookies and still getting the same result.

I was able to use Firefox web browser earlier today, but after trying to log in to Facebook, which failed, my account was no longer accessible, I saw an indication that my account was not connected. Do I need to update my software for Firefox. I've been having difficulties logging in to Facebook.

I was not given a VPN setup on restarting Firefox, and have no VPN icon in my toolbar. I have tried using customise toolbar, but there is no VPN icon to add back. Version 150.0, automatically opened to "What's New in Firefox 150" on starting Firefox, just without a new VPN icon. Thanks

All the tabs, in both my profiles are constantly crashing. I cannot keep at a task for more than a few minutes without needing to restart the tab. Is this a setting problem? I've cleared the cache, and reset Firefox, to no avail. Thank you for any relevant advice and/or assistance.

This past Friday morning, May 29, I tried to access www.healingwell.com which I have always been able to do. But this time Firefox gave me a red screen with message: "Firefox blocked this page because it might try to trick you into installing programs that harm your browsing experience, for example, by changing your homepage or showing extra ads on sites you visit." And same message again over the weekend. But yesterday, Monday June 1, I was able to access that website, and all seemed normal. Why did Firefox give me that message on Friday, but not yesterday or today?
