I’m seeing a layout and font spacing issue in Firefox that doesn’t appear in Chrome or Edge. The page loads, but some elements shift after render and text spacing looks off.

I’ve tested in a private window, disabled extensions, and cleared cache, so it doesn’t seem profile-related. Any suggestions on what Firefox settings or DevTools checks might help?

HTTPS pages are no longer loading. Everything works fine in Microsoft Edge. I've reinstalled Firefox several times – the problem persists. Thank you very much for your help.

Bonjour M. David et grand merci pour votre soutien. Je suis désolé de vous solliciter autant ! Pardonnez-moi mais je commence à être vieux (83 ans et demi …). Je commence mieux à comprendre votre proposition pour la commande « insérer » (on verra l’autre problème plus tard). J’ai cliqué sur la commande « nouveau message » en même temps que sur la commande « MAJ » (je pense que c’est celle qui permet de saisir une majuscule) mais cela ne m’a rien donné. En revanche, j’ai cliqué sur « paramètres des comptes » et j’ai cliqué sur « HTML » (voir image ci-jointe appelée « HTML »), mais cela ne change rien car je ne vois toujours pas comment ajouter la commande « insérer » dans la barre d’outils. D’ailleurs je n’ai pas vu la mention « composition et adressage ». Par contre j’ai essayé d’ajouter d’autres commandes dans la barre d’outils en cliquant sur « affichage » « barre d’outils » « personnaliser », mais je n’ai pas vu la commande « insérer » (voir image ci-jointe « barre outils »). Si vous avez le temps de continuer à m’aider, je vous en remercie bien sincèrement.

Hello Mr. David and many thanks for your support. I'm sorry to ask you so much! Forgive me but I'm starting to get old (83 and a half years old...). I'm starting to better understand your proposal for the "insert" command (we'll see the other problem later). I clicked on the “new message” command at the same time as the “SHIFT” command (I think it’s the one that allows you to enter a capital letter) but that didn’t give me anything. However, I clicked on “account settings” and I clicked on “HTML” (see attached image called “HTML”), but that doesn’t change anything because I still don’t see how to add the “insert” command to the toolbar. Besides, I didn’t see the mention “composition and addressing”. On the other hand, I tried to add other commands to the toolbar by clicking on “display” “toolbar” “customize”, but I did not see the “insert” command (see attached image “toolbar”). If you have the time to continue to help me, I sincerely thank you.

I love Thunderbird, but I have recently moved to use a Android device for most of my work, and despite that there is now Thunderbird for Android, I found that there is a feature I really need but it is not working there: moving mails across different accounts. I work daily with four different accounts and sometimes I need to move some threads from to another. I had to move to a different email reader because of that, but I would really love to come back to Thunderbird.

I want to make list of sites where i can off pop-up search bar. On some sites you can use custom hot keys (like youtube), but hot keys won`t work because your keys registering to pop-up search bar instead site, so it will be good idea to make exclusion list, like in addon "Dark Reader".

I can't sign in on my Yahoo mail account. When i try to sign in i have a massage "Something went wrong We couldn't connect you. Please try again from a different device." On my other devices everything is OK. The problem appears on my desktop using windows 7 but on the same desktop the Yahoo mail work properly with Microsoft Edge. What i can do?

THE ISSUE: When opening Firefox, (Attachment #1 - below) appears. Seems to have nothing to do with any reality . . . as when I check in SETTINGS (Attachment #2 - below). 1. So, who's telling the truth? 2. How do I stop the popup (Attachment #1) from making it's nagging, inaccurate appearance?

I use a 32" monitor. In Thunderbird, I want to create some Message Filters. I bring up the Message Filter window and enter a filter. When I go to click the OK button to save the filter, I cannot see the button on the screen so I try to scroll the window via the scroll bars to find it but it won't scroll. I next try to shrink the window by using the CTRL key plus the mouse scroll wheel but nothing happens.

I cannot see any way to create and save Message Filters in Thunderbird unless the window can be reduced. Why does Thunderbird NOT use Windows facilities? I can generally shrink or expand a window by the Windows facility of CTRL + scroll wheel, but not so in Thunderbird.

I need some direction, please.

When I receive an event invite and I accept it Thunderbird only gives me the option to save the event to a local calendar and not to any shared calendars located remotely on a NAS. Is there a way to have Thunderbird also display the remote calendars? And after I accept an event is there a way to move the accepted event to a different calendar? Can one change the colour of one firefox window to distinguish it from another firefox window? That would allow two people working on the same computer to use individual firefox windows and be able to quickly tell whether they are in the right window.

I transferred Win 7 Thunderbird Profile (TB)to a Windows machine. It left behind all the other settings, such as when picking up/sending email, passwords are required at the IP to login, get email/send email.

QUESTION: Is there another TB area where the passwords are stored so I can copy those over to the new computer.

I posted this about a week ago, and when I come back, it's gone. That's why I am repeating myself.

A long timer ago, I was told by a user that Thunderbird does not need passwords. It does if you what to get your email. They are setting for each email user. There are 34 under the one TB.

I hope there is a transferable file because changing all the passwords and preference for each account would be the hard way.

How can I transfer total messages including date and addresses to a word document for layout and summarising. I used to do this perfectly well in Windows Live Mail for many years!!!!
