I had multiple tab groups which I had chosen to save and close. These tab groups have now completely disappeared and I cannot find them. When I began using Tab Groups, I had checked and there was no information stating that unopened tab groups would be deleted. I want these groups back. If I had known Tab Groups would disappear, I would have saved my tabs into a folder. The only Tab Groups that show up now are under "Recent tab groups". If tab groups are going to be deleted after a set period of time, it should be stated clearly in the tab group settings. It would also be really useful to archive them into a bookmarked folder so people don't unexpectedly lose hours of research.

After a recent update my bookmarks toolbar appears blank. It is shown, but empty. When I go to the bookmarks menu I find all of the bookmarks shown as being on my bookmarks toolbar. How do I get them back where they belong?

Privacy Policy from TD Bank (https://easyweb.td.com) appears at the bottom of every page change, no matter if "Accept All" has be selected. Moving from one account to another causes this pop up to appear. This does not happen with Chrome. With Chrome, one "accept all" has been chosen, the pop up no longer appears

If I turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection the problem seems to stop.

This BS problem just started happening in the past week. When I try & DL any pic of any file size or resolution takes several mins to actually DL, & more often than not, it won't ever finish DL'ing, & when I force FF to close, my cell will say that I cleared over a Gig of data from the RAM.🧐😳🤯😤🙄😒 I tried DL'ing the same exact pics on M$ Bing, & they DL instantaneously!🙄😒 WTF is the problem? & clearing all the cache, even cookies does nothing to change this, nor does closing out the app, & relaunching them, nor does rebooting my device.

I'm using an Android cellphone, Motorola Moto Power G 2025, Android version: 16, FF version: 156.0.1

Cannot send or receive email all of sudden in Thunderbird. When I the click the messages icon, nothing happens, and I get "Could not connect to server mail.twc.com; the connection was refused". When trying to send a m,message I get "Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.twc.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again." No settings were changed and everything was fine when I put the computer to sleep. This happens on both a Win 7 and 11 machine Email is a Time Warner (now Spectrum) Road Runner account (twc.com). Spent an hour with Spectrum, and they say this is a third party (Thunderbird) issue. A friend has the same setup, and is having the same problems that started at the same time. Win 11 version 150.02 Win 7 115.18.0 (latest available for win 7)

Whenever I turn the free 50GN Firefox VPN on, regardless of the set VPN location, my connection immediately cuts. I've tried refreshing Firefox, raising and lowering my security and DNS over HTTPs settings, clearing DNS cache, and updating Firefox, but none of these attempts fixed it. I can tell its the VPN since everything will load again after I turn it off.

When I had my DNS over HTTPs set to default, it used to say I was connected to cloudflare, but after trying the VPN with it set to off or custom, it now says "DNS over HTTPs is off" when set to default. When I turned on the VPN while the default setting was on, it gave me an error message regarding cloudflare that I can't remember or recreate now that the "DNS over HTTPs is off" at all times. It will only say I'm using cloudflare on the custom setting.

I had a similar issue to this issue a couple months ago, but I resolved it by putting my security settings to default. This time, it seems to be a bit more complex than that.

For the last few days after an hour (or so) of use, browser windows try to load but don't finish. I checked the Mac activity monitor and see that FirefoxCP webextensions is hogging memory--8GB! MacOS 26.6.2, Firefox for mac 154.0.1. Did the same thing for MacOS26.5.2. Is AI doing in performance? How can I find what to turn off?

I recently opened Firefox and noticed that all my data (bookmarks, saved passwords, and history) is completely gone. I didn't make any changes or delete anything myself.

Could you please help me understand what happened and how I can recover my lost data?
