I would like to know how to make the downloads panel open in a new tab, rather than in the library (although, I would prefer it if the entire library would open in a new tab) without any addons. I know that it`s possible, since I have already done it via about:config, but I can`t remember how to do it and I can`t find anything in about:config that helps me remember it. I would like to recieve help in this issue, and any help will be recieved warmly. Only, I don`t want to use an addon for this for 2 reasons: 1: I`m using it on really weak computers, and I already have addons running ( and a lot that are disabled). 2: I prefer doing it the hard way, as I want to learn my way to Firefox`s core.

I`m sorry, but I had meant without an addon. I have done it before, I just can`t remember how I did it. Meaning that since then, when I click on "Show All Downloads" from the downloads panel, it opens up about:downloads in a tab, and the same thing when I click on downloads from the Firefox menu, yet if I click on Bookmarks or History, it opens up the library window, from where I can also view the downloads.
