Many of my files in Email won't open, I'm guessing because there is not enough room to juggle the files around. I get an error message 'message may contain a virus or there is not enough disk space.' I have plenty of disc space. That message shows even trying to send/receive to myself. I suspect I need to increase the size of my Sent Folder. The accumulated archives go back to the 1990s.... and no, I don't want to get rid of them. Can I get into the defaults to make those files larger?

I am using Firefox for my emails. I have lots of folders on the side of my email page. I need to back them up, but do not know how. Some of them have attachements as well. I do not know how to do it . As it is the start of a New Year I want to keep the old ones. I don't know if I can save the email page as well as the attachement in one go or if it is separate. Thank you

No matter how many emails i clear from the inbox and move to my local folder section, i keep getting the same error message when i click "get messages". The error says it is full and i need to clear the inbox. Very frustrating since i have done that. I am using Thunderbird Email system.

Any help is appreciated! Shelly

Edit: This was posted in the Firefox section. I will move it to the Thunderbird Section. That should not affect the post's link, but will make it easier for Thunderbird experts to find J99.
