I have several Thunderbird email accounts. They have been hacked. Virtually all of my Sent box is gone. Is there a way to recover my Sent emails?

Since the latest upgrade to 115.10.1 (64-bit) I have an issue about running Thunderbird.
From a clean Windows 11 start up it is OK but then if I then Exit and then try to run the bird again it does not start.
Digging around I discovered using Task Manager, a number of Thunderbird processes run after I had Exited. See attached.
Any thoughts?

I had to change my Google account and therefore my Gmail password due to a reported security breach. I've successfully changed my password for Gmail on my iPhone and iPad but I can't on T'Bird.
I expected that when I opened T'Bird, I'd get an error message saying my password was invalid and then prompting me to enter the new password for my Gmail account. That's the way it used to work and it worked well.
Instead, I get some sort of useless error message about STAT (??) and my credentials are invalid. I get no prompt to enter the now changed password. I get no info as to WHAT credentials aren't valid.
So I opened the Password Manager, found the Gmail line, entered Show Passwords and then edit password. I entered the new password, double checked it and closed out the Password Manager. I get the same useless message about STAT. The old password was *not* the Gmail password.
I opened the Password Manager to find the password is entered correctly. Why is this simple operation so miserably difficult? The old method worked perfectly every time now this one won't at all.

I'm trying to migrate Thunderbird from my old PC/Windows 10 to my brand-new PC/Windows 10, following the step-by-step instructions on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/moving-thunderbird-data-to-a-new-computer. I followed those instructions to the letter (multiple times) but can't get it to work. Are there more recent (and perhaps more complete) instructions to be found elsewhere? Does anyone else have the same?
I have made a copy of my old TB profile folder on a backup stick (it is titled 'Thunderbird', and inside that folder is a folder titled 'Profiles' that contains a number of folders including the most recent profile that I am still using with my old PC. The difficulty is getting this backed up profile info installed on my new 'destination' computer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

All of a sudden when I try to send an email I get the error that the above IP is black listed. My partner gets the same error. We are both with Telstra Bigpond.
Today they asked for a Donation I will do this If it is what the Problem is ?

I am struggling with Gmail and Yahoo mail account in TB these few days. I hit almost the same errors from both. I generated app password for Yahoo mail, and put it in when setting up new account. For connection security: SSL/TLS For authentication method: tried with Normal password, Encrypted password, and OAuth2 However, I am seeing the expected authentication window pop up when trying the OAuth2. For all three authentication method: errors are always the same --- unable to connect to your IMAP server. I've followed another instruction to change maximum number of server connections to cache into 1 or 10. Error messages were the same imap one. So, what should I do/try for next?

I have 3 machines with Thunderbird. A while back I noticed that I had duplicate folders for sent mail (Sent & Sent Mail) and for Drafts. (Drafts and Drafts) I did a search and found a discussion from 2019, but nothing more recent. That one kinda lost me. I just got a new machine and installed Thunderbird again. My Gmail account on the new machine shows the same dual folders. Hopefully someone here can detail a solution in steps for a moron like myself.
Subject really says it all. I'd like to import ALL of my subfolders. The two it has chosen are small and rarely used. How do I import the rest.
I am needing to move my saved emails/folders over to Apple Mail any help on doing this would be greatly appreciated. MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

So I have multiple email accounts. When using folder mode I want to show all the email account inboxes in the unified inbox interface. All but one email account inbox shows up. I do see the email where are the email addresses are showing. But not in the unified inbox area. why is that?
Settings When i go to Folder Mode - Enable, Unified Folders result: all accounts except 1 shows up. question: why wouldn't that account only not show up? And how do I fix it?

emails load very slowly or the app stalls & doesn't respond. Often I have to tap twice to open an email. When deleting an email it can take a couple seconds especially when deleting multiple. I can hit the delete button several time & have to wait several seconds for it to finally catch up. This has been happening for a few months now & is getting worse. Sometimes the pictures in the message load one at a time. It was working right, then one day it started lagging & hasn't been right since.
I need a pathway back to using the account with t-bird. This is not computer specific. Thank you in advance
