The height of the viewing panel for emails is far too small. I can only see a couple of lines of text at the most and am unable to reduce the height of the incoming list of emails as previously in order to increase the height of the viewing panel. I have been helped to increase the font size of the overall layout so that I can now read it better but the green button to declare that my problem has been solved tells me that the page isn't working!

Buonasera, stamattina non funzionando le mail in arrivo in Thundebird, ho riparato la cartella a seguito di un messaggio arrivato dal vostro portale dove mi diceva: spazio archiviazione terminato. Effettuata la procedura i messaggi in entrata hanno iniziato a funzionare regolarmente ma mi sono accorto che tutte le mail nella cartella posta in arrivo erano prive di testo. Cannot download messages to INBOX, cannot delete from TRASH, cannot compact INBOX or TRASH.

This may be a dumb question, but still need help (3rd request). In the writeup on "Cannot delete messages" there are instructions for creating a new TRASH folder to replace one that supposedly is "corrupt." The third instruction says to find MAP (POP) on file folder. How is this accomplished ?

Thunderbird didn't seem to download properly. My Thunderbird window does not have the top lines that say: File, Edit, View, etc., and Get Mail Write, Address Book.

I asked a Q on this help line - see kkiely31@tpg.com.au I can no longer find the Q that I asked, and consequently any reply that may have been sent. How do I follow the thread of any conversation that may result from my Q ??? Will I get an email ?

My thunderbird email account has been hacked. I have been in touch with my service provider and reset the password I use on ....@care4free.net. I can access webmail using the new password but I can't reset this new password on Thunderbird. Can anyone offer any assistance please ?

My thunderbird email just did an update. It will not let me send a message now. The send button is now gray along with the encrypted button.

I'm having the problem in subject by end of january, when the company i'm working as consultant gave me a new company e-mail and i found more than one time to settle it in thunderbird.

This cause i need to register in my hard disk (Apple MacBook Pro 2012 or around) all the communications for question of privacy and confidentiality.

All the suggestions i found on the network with a research using our Mozilla Firefox, were not utile cause NO ONE TIME i reach the result.

I ask gently and humble to give me the best possible help.

This is a new one... Windows 10 1TB SSD Newest version T'bird

History: Upgraded from 500BG to 1TB using ISO Imaging software

Issue: The ISO Imaging went well and the new 1TB account showed 485GB which was accurate. The next day my 1TB drive was full 998GB and my Thunderbird SBD folder was 743GB. Every time I delete data to create space my imap.gmail.com folder grows (Currently 736GB).

Help!!!

Cannot delete messages. Need to replace corrupt Trash folder.

Trying to follow instructions for "Cannot delete messages." Steps 1-2 OK. Step 3 says "Open the Mail ... folder in your file manager ..." (I am POP Mail). How do I locate this folder ?
