Hello, I have had this add on since two years and I was really happy to see it was back after two months without. I work well for me. Only when one of my friend to who I promoted it tries to download it (through the download file since the blue add to firefox button is greyed out) she only get a fail download. There used to be recommended sites when opening a new tab which I believe belonged to Pockets. I really enjoy this feature on my Desktop FF. On Android it disappeared with a major release sometine this year. I was hoping this feature would be reintroduced since FF can monetize on their Ads as well. Current installation is v.82.1.1

What are the effects of clearing cache, and maybe data too? I need to free up some space on my phone and FF has 531MB of data and 138MB of cache.

When attempting to download a Pdf file on FFA 82.1.1 (Build #2015770923), Browser popup shows file is ready for download

And then.... nothing... As it is shown on my screenshot... The file seems to being downloaded, but not. The folder "Download" stays empty...

With Chrome it works perfectly...

Please help me : I'm just a new user of FFA (default navigator) and I'm trying to resist to go back to Chrome!

Do I need to keep Chrome and Android System Webview updated even though I no longer use Chrome?? I'm a faithful user of Firefox For Android and I don't have any use for Chrome/ASW but I've never been 100% certain that I could leave chrome behind without updates. I'm in that long slowgoing breakup with Google Products but at the same time I want to be certain I'm not causing any harm or security issues with my devices while doing so. When trying to download anything the download apparently begins, since a notification appears on the notification panel, but it just does not properly start. It keeps trying but no progress is shown. After a while a failure message replaces the progress notification.

This isn't a network problem, since I've tried it with different connections. There used to be no problem before.

Anybody else experiencing a similar issue?

It's a bit hard to believe that the recommended dozen are the only add-ons being ported after so much time has passed. But I don't see a filter combination that will give me only add-ons that are compatible with Fenix.

Hello, i'm using Firefox Android 82.1.3 on my Samsung note 9 (N960U1) on Android Oreo 8.1 and it's impossible for me download files from internet. It start but remain like stand by and not a bit is downloaded. At the end there is a message that says that the download is not accomplished.

I am having trouble downloading files with Mozilla Firefox. I keep getting an error in downloading that it was not possible to download the file, e.g. pdf. what can I do? is it a blockage in the browser settings? or maybe where in the phone settings?

I can't download anything through the browser. Images, PDF's, even the extensions recommended by Firefox. Whenever I try to download something I get an indication that Firefox is trying to download it. Then it always fails and tells me to try again. And then it fails again.

I downloaded chrome to be able to download things. That works. But running two separate browsers to get the basic features of one working browser is an annoying fix.
