All logins passwords and bookmarks disappeared from my Android phone after the latest Mozilla update (version 120.1.0).

On the phone version I can't locate any previous Profiles to check whether the filesight be there. In fact it was necessary to revert to my trusty handwritten paper password list to even login to write this query.

I have updated Firefox/Mozilla every time an update was announced.

This is not the reliability I would expect from Mozilla and I hope you can help me to recover these files.

I open a new tab (link from email or a other page usually). I read the bloody thing. I click the number of open tabs to display all open. I close the tab with the x. It goes away (closes). It gives me the option to undo. I wait until that goes away. I wait few more seconds and swipe down on the "open tabs" frame. It closes and the number says 7. It agrees with what I see open, and the visible content is from tab #7 I wait 5 minutes. I close Firefox and wait 5-10 minutes. I open Firefox... I'm up to 22 now. This has been going on for about a week (at least) now.

In the past before this started happening, occasionally if I was moving too fast it would happen, so I would go slower (I thought cache) and it would work. Now, it's ridiculous.

NOTE : there are 7 tabs I want to keep open for now... I've been trying to close all the rest for some time now!

I've recently began to experience some pretty nasty behavior of firefox on android. After some time of using the browser (with closing the app in between), The screen starts to flicker (on every website) and the app becomes unusable. I have to force stop the app for it to work for a while again, until it starts flickering again. I have few theories myself (Something wrong with the web-engine, or garbage collector perhaps?) but I don't know how true they are. I did recently update to Android 14 and didn't see this behavior beforehand. I can't show a demonstration because I can't attach video's. Can I post a link to a video?

Recently my Firefox browser updated, but my bookmarks didn't.

If I try about:profiles from the address bar, nothing happens.

How do I go about accessing other profiles and enhanced settings on Android.

I don't understand why my bookmarks are and other settings weren't migrated, or why before the update a warning wasn't displayed that the data would be lost or why it wasn't exported as plain text so that nothing was lost??

My phone is hacked through my formal email,the email is disabled already,the hacker of my email used another email for my recovery which I don't have access to. The hacker has been remotely controlling my phone since August and I haven't had my privacy. The encrypted files on my phone and all the legal made on my phone was done by the hacker because the hacked email is my business email which I puts all my data into. They hacked the email,used the email for frauds and encrypted the email and make it look like I am the one did it. Please safe me from the hacker please. When I signed up new email,the same thing keep happening. It's frustrating and stressful not to have a privacy. I am not working under any organization,I am self employed and I am from Nigeria. Am a priest,a guidance counselor and a business man. I am a family man, married with a kid. Please help me Mozilla. You have been helping me, please continue helping me and help me fully please. I have deleted the encrypted files but it will still comes back but these are the what I saw on my phone settings which I know that is not normal.

Recently updated my galaxy s22 to android 14. Now Firefox does not suggest logins correctly for any sites. It knows that there is a saved login but the suggested option is 'purpled' out and no values are provided. Also when I navigate to settings it does not present the option to view any logins.

Firefox downloads my images as Tiff files. I do not want them to download them as Tiff but I don't see anywhere to change my download file type preferences for Android

Poco F2 Pro is hard crashing requiring device reboot, starting maybe a week ago, and has happened three times. I don't know if it's hardware related but I've not seen the behaviour in other apps. I'm not using beta version.

I have been watching YouTube videos on firefox android and have been clicking ful screen and landscape has been fine. Then over night a few days ago, it stopped. When I turn the phone to landscape, the video sound is playing but the video is blank, with no picture. It is fine in normal portrait just not when I click full screen when it was working.

I've cleared the cache and history, I've even unistalled Firefox and reinstalled it twice, once from the play store and once as the apk but to no avail. I have also disabled adons, tried the picture to picture, and autoplay but nothing works.

Any help to rectify and return my viewing would be appreciated.

When ever i use my Mobile data to browse in website it always shows error or gets stuck in loading.Its happening feom long time i tried uninstalling and re-installing still does not works.

I have a Xiaomi phone with resolution 2400x1080 use Firefox on it. And I have annoying issue with YouTube and other video players. Is there is a way how can I hide notch in full-screen video mode? I can do it in setting, but it works only for vertical orientation. Please look at my attached images to understand what I meant.
