I can see that the webOtp API is not supporting by the Firefox browser on mobile android devices. Where as the other browser are supporting it like Chrome, Opera,etc

Could you please let us know, why it is not supporting? Do we have any alternative for the same? When it will start to support it, etc

I just lost several hundred tabs on Firefox mobile right after it updated itself. The most recent tabs show only ten of those tabs, which were all opened and closed today and aren't part of what I need to restore.

How do I get my tabs back? I've seen no 'restore previous session' option. My laptop only shows the few I have open now. What do I do to restore them?

Hey guys apparently I have opened a web site that instantly installed adware on my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra 5G phone. I have installed AVG virus protection. I also have installed adblock app, and a Malware block app. Nothing works. I've tried the web fixes for Chrome. And Samsung Internet. Still nothing works. Anyone know how to fix this without resetting the phone back to factory.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Is there a way to prevent Samsung Internet from changing my default browser from Firefox? This problem has recently cropped up. Some apps may have a link to a website in their menu. Even though I set Firefox to be the default, if I select one of those links, up pops the welcome screen for Samsung Internet. The default setting is now Samsung Internet again. It's quite annoying. I've posted to the Samsung community but haven't had a reply that works. I've tried everything that an experienced Android user would know, but nothing has worked. Thanks for any assistance!

For the past couple of days the thumbnails on the youtube website has turned blank.

I have done some googling and have tried uninstalling extensions and restarting, I have cleared Cache/cookies and I've reinstalled the app alltogether. Nothing has so far has helped.

Any ideas?

When I try to type on input fields on certain websites, many keystrokes are not registered by Firefox.

Mi device is a Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G with Android 14 (HyperOS 1.0.3.0.UMOEUXM), Firefox 125.3.0 and Gboard 13.4.07.5593884O4, but this issue already happened back in the MiUI age and with previous versions of Firefox.

It is probably related to trying to type while part of the website (ads) is still being loaded.

if I go to any website then during login it doesn't suggest me I'd or username but suggest passwords in password section although I save both of them please correct this because sometimes it creates turble for me.

I keep getting these notifications, and because they relate to Bitwarden" I'm very reluctant to just click on the "accept" button in the message because of the possibility of a scam and the exposure it may create.

Is the notification genuine? How do I know? How can I update Firefox settings to achieve the same result without responding to the notification?

I'm considering purchasing Mozilla monitor Plus. How many email addresses will I be able to have scanned if I sign up for that product? My wife & I currently have 3 email addresses we use.

On YouTube the video will start playing but the rectangle it should be in will still be black, refreshing usually works. Sometimes a video will simply stop playing. Sometimes i have to close all apps and restart the browser twice to get it to work. Sometimes trying to go to full screen will crash the app. Sometimes popping the app out of full screen into a floating window crashes it. This one is new, it's the uploaded screenshot, it crashed mid video and made the video look funny.

Routing the Nekobox proxy through AdGuard does not work in Firefox for Android. In Nekobox, it looks like the packet is sent and connected, but in whatsmyipadress, the original IP address is displayed. I put the local host address and port number for Nekobox in http.proxy in about:config and restarted, but the original IP address is still displayed.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running latest Android update and latest Firefox update. I set Firefox as my default browser. I have un-installed all updates for Samsung Internet and removed all permissions for it. Disabling it is greyed out. Some apps that I use have links to websites. Too frequently, when I go to one of those links, the intro screen for Samsung Internet opens. Then, when I look at the settings in Firefox it is no longer set as the default. Then I set Firefox to default and go to my phone settings to see that Firefox is selected as the default. If I open the previously mentioned app and choose the web link, Firefox will open. But somewhere along the way, the default changes back to Samsung Internet and it's a vicious circle. I have posted in a Samsung forum but haven't gotten a reply that solved the problem. Please help. Mam dużo otwartych kart. Po zamknięciu kilku kart, gdy wyjdę z aplikacji (zminimalizuje ją) i wejdę ponownie karty które zamknąłem nadal są otwarte. Tak jakby otwierają się na nowo. To bardzo duży problem, nie mogę zamknąć kart. Nie znalazłem nigdzie odpowiedzi na ten problem Proszę o pomóc Pozdrawiam serdecznie
