OK, I changed phone recently & managed to sync across from my old phone. I think I had to reset all the settings though, so it only saved/synced tabs & bookmarks etc...
The new phone then stopped working & so I'm now trying to sync again on another new phone, but nothing seems to be syncing or working at all. Even logging in never seems to work properly. Just lots of spinning icons & no response from Firefox browser/account.
Also the wording on the verification emails I received is absolutely awful & needs to be rewritten in my opinion, as they leave you with no clue what to do next?
If anyone at Firefox is listening, please contact me with some step by step clear instructions of how to resolve the current issues I'm facing trying to login, sync, reset settings, etc....
Thanks, I'm not sure why you've made having an account so cumbersome, awkward & unfriendly. It feels like your design goes against your company ethos.
If any other user have any help or advice your knowledge is appreciated.

I'm attempting to sync my desktop browser and my android phone. The firefox sync tool takes you through several sign in steps including QR code, login page and then an accounts.firefox.com page with your profile pic and several options to alter the account settings, like primary and secondary email, profile pic, etc. There is no button to complete the sync sign in process. The only actionable buttons are change pic/email/password, disable authentication and delete account. There is no button to complete the sync process on either the android browser or the desktop browser. If you close the firefox android browser tab, it just takes you back to step one with sync.

Hi! I cannot sync Bookmarks or Tabs. On the Android "Account Settings", it shows "Sync now -- Last synced: never". However, tapping it does nothing but make it flash for a millisecond. Nothing else seems to happen. And when I tap the "Tabs" icon, it shows "0" open tabs. Selecting the "sync phone-PC" icon on that screen, and tapping the "Sync" button at the bottom, it will say "SYNCING" but never actually syncs. Please help, thank you in advance.

Firefox for Android won't sync my logins from my desktop/actual Firefox account. The settings show that I am logged in to my account, and show all possible options are checked to say I want to sync data.
Things I have tried already:
I am out of ideas and don't understand why this isn't working.
