Hi! I been using youtube through firefox on my phone for awhile now. Mostly since it allows me to play the video when the screen is off.

I have now swapped phone to a HTC U23 Pro. After the change everytime that i look at a video now it stutters a lot. No matter the network connection.

On my old Samsung A71 it still works fine.

It works fine in the youtube app or through grayjay.

Have removed every add on i have and resinstalled firefox but the issue is the same.

Any tips on what i can do to fix it?

In other browsers (eg Opera Chrome etc) if I turn on desktop site option then the website "91mobiles" switches to its desktop version instantly without any issues. But in Firefox this website is not switching to its desktop version. It stays open in its mobile site version.

After opening mobile FF browser on the Homepage, it shows some links feom my browsing history - Recently visited.

And after 1 or 2 seconds suddenly block Jump back in appears. I'm tired of mistapping on this block, when I'm trying to select Recently viewed link but in this moment Jump back in link appeared on its place!

Please fix this, it's a very bad experience...

After installing a shortcut to a website that stages as an app through the Firefox Android app (Samsung 6.0, Android 14) when using said shortcut, if entering any text box the keyboard will pop up and rapidly close and open, making it unable to use. This problem happens on any text box, and with any keyboard. I'll attach a youtube link of a screen recording as well as a gif, though it's rather difficult to see the entire problem through a gif. On Firefox browser (default release or even Firefox nightly) on Android (release 14 or any earlier) when I share link to Gmail app while on YouTube Web site not YouTube app resultant email has a blank email subject

However above does correctly populate subject when using Chrome or it's derivatives like Bravo browser

I am a frequent user of Firefox on multiple platforms, including Android 14, where I frequently use DeX.

However, I am many times forced to use Chrome or Samsung Internet on DeX to get a professional computer desktop experience.

Firefox does not recognize different mouse button clicks and neither does it view websites with high resolution, not even after selecting "Desktop mode", but instead shows a zoomed-in phone view. (I gave tried selecting various zoom levels in settings.) There may be other shortcomings as well.

Perhaps some of the issues can be avoided by changing some settings? However, please address the issue of providing a full desktop experience in DeX. Thanks for a great browser in most other respects on multiple platforms.

I have two computers which names starts with "UNIT" and followed by some numbers that differs. If I want to send tab from mobile to one of them I cannot determine which is which because device name is cut after 4 characters. See attached screenshot. Thanks

HTML5 video is becoming very choppy as soon as audio is enabled. The playback is fine before that. Tested across multiple websites.

I search a query in private browsing tab its response back with relevant pages if i click on any response it immediately open that link in normal tab i have attached screen short for your reference. Why is Firefox/Android not using the system wide voice typing feature? Instead it uses its own incomplete implementation. I need an English GUI with german voice typing. This is no problem when using the system wide keyboard config. This runs smooth and perfect. But in Firefox it’s not possible to define such. Why?

I'm running Samsung Dex and all the websites features are way too big on Firefox. I cant even see what im typing right now, all i see is a giant "support moz://a"

It's 2024. Get it together Mozilla. There is no option to zoom out. There is no option for desktop pages by default. It's bad enough you are bending to the other corporate sites and limit what plugins we can use here.

But Firefox Mobile is too stupid to figure out it's on a full-size display and it's too retarded to have the settings requirednto resize it myself.

I tried 4 times to download firefox from Google play store. It keeps saying try again later all the time. Would someone send me the full version for Android or send me a link to download it?
