Hi,

I face this two issues:

1- if you open a photo inside google search, you can't change the browser to Desktop mod

2- I was registering on one of the sites and i leave for second on another app... When i return i found that all the data that i enter to register was removed because firefox refreshing the page 🥲

The second issue need to be fix because i use another browsers when i want to register for Governmental things, for example, that require me to enter the passport number, which is in the photo gallery...

There is a lot of data that you entered and then it is deleted in an instant when you move to another application for a few seconds (there must be a strong temporary storage space

Lately, Firefox for Android has started "forgetting" active tabs. I have changed absolutely nothing in the settings. Most of the Active Tabs I've had for years are gone. Now I only have about 5 left & they get corrupted every couple of days. For example, the 3rd one in the attached Screenshot: I'm playing "catch-up" on old Guardian crosswords, currently on 15,179. At irregular intervals, say every couple of days, it gets replaced with an older one, 15,166 for example. I suspect it must have been changed in the Version released on March 19, 2024 (124.0)

I recently got a new phone and have logged into Firefox Sync. I can see all of the tabs from my old phone, but how can I open all of the tabs at once in the new phone without having to click one tab at a time? I've tried going on desktop and opening the sync account and using crtl+h to see all the tabs, but I only open the tabs that were on my phone on the desktop browser, not send the tabs to my new phone.

When I close a tab right before closing the app, it will be back when I return. the only way to prevent it is to load a different tab between closing the previous one and closing the app.

I use the Firefox app for Android on a regular basis.

For a long time I have found one unpleasant problem with tabs, when I open a new tab and notice that the remaining 107 old tabs are open, I cannot close all tabs except the current one. I can close all tabs, but the current one will close too. Sometimes I have to look for a link in the browsing history after that, it can takes several minutes. It would be convenient, in addition to the inactive tabs section, to be able to simply close everything except the current one.

Maybe there is already such a function without using third-party mods on Firefox?

Hi, I can use firefox anymore, because it is not usable. If I switch between programs in Android, example firefox to mBanka, then back to Firefox, tab in Firefox will reload and cannot complete forms! All lines are clear. Next problem: If I reuse tab, I cannot load new page, I must close this tab and use new one.

My Firefox Android tabs in grid view constantly get reset.

I can open 5 new tabs and them be in order and at the bottom, since they are the last viewed. Then when I reopen Firefox they are gone and tabs I had closed before are back there.

My history tab is also always blank unless I search.

Why does Firefox automatically save tabs? It is annoying to have to delete them every day... I want the option to NEVER save the tab and close them all when exiting

So recently i always encountered this annoying bug or something that doesnt exist before, its when i click the tab button sometimes or often the tab shown will go straight to the first tab created, and it is annoying if you have like 20-30 tabs open because your gonna scroll down for like couple seconds just to see the latest Tab or current tab your are in which the browser should do the first place when i click the Tab Button and not go straight to the most top and the first tab created. Can this be fix?

Sometimes I want to close tabs to free up memory but I don't want to close the tab I'm currently using so I have to close all other tabs manually which is tedious.

Perhaps tapping and holding could bring up a menu that says "Close all other tabs" and/or "Close tabs before/after" like on desktop.

When I open firefox on my laptop, it does exactly what I want it to do, and displays a blank tab. No pockets, no bookmarks, no past tabs, nothing. Just a tab, and a blank background. In order for this to work, I had to change multiple settings and set [browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash] in about:config to "false."

Firefox on my mobile devices is missing most of these settings, and of course, mobile Firefox does not have about:config (a fact which I find incredibly frustrating). The only setting I have found that stops tabs from reopening in a new session is dot menu > settings > general > tabs which offers me these choices:

o Never x After one day o After one week o After one month

Given that I use Firefox multiple times a day, even selecting the shortest possible setting means that my tabs will always reopen when I start a new session. I do not want tabs restoring! If I want to restore a session, I will use "restore previous session." I don't need the app doing it for me, unless I ask. How can I turn off this incredibly irritating feature?

When I go to use Firefox on my Android LG G7 Verizon I always been able to share from the cell phone to my home PC say a tab that I want to read later lately I noticed that my laptop is showing up my PC is showing up but also my PC is showing up twice I have a screenshot I don't know if I can uploaded. The first pink circle (Damon)is my home PC. I don't know why there's 2? that's my question the other one is my laptop Pegasus I recently had a bsod and was unable to recover from it had to reinstall maybe that's why but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I am struggling to try to like Firefox Mobile. I have Firefox Mobile version 114.2.0 on my Samsung S23 Ultra phone with Android 13, and 114.1.1 on my S7+ tablet. I do not like having to click the little button next to the address bar to open a screen showing blocks or tiles for the tabs have open. I have used Firefox on my PC since it was a new browser in beta. But I have never used it as my primary phone and tablet simply because of the way it forces use of those blocks or tiles on a separate screen instead of showing always visible tabs across the top of the browser. I can not find anything in Settings to force it to display tabs instead of those blocks/tiles. What do I need to do to force it to show tabs and have them always visible?

I currently am using Dolphin as my primary mobile browser, but I can not sync my PC Firefox bookmarks with Dolphin. I just got the new phone and want to make the switch so that I can sync bookmarks, but I will not switch until I can see the tabs across the top.

I desperately need that tab to be recovered or the ability for me to undo the closing and erasing of all my tabs and history for me so I can continue with my application and essay that I was very close to finishing. thank you, I would appreciate it so much if there can be a way for me to retrieve that data.

I'd love to have a feature where I can choose to open all my synced tabs on a new device at once instead of having it as a list under synced, as it would look on the original device I have them opened on. Maybe have that option to open all tabs under synced.

On my android box I have lost the tabs view and don't see the + to add new tab. I do see the tab when I click on the 3 dots then I see the plus+ sign and when I click it it shows a new page but I want to get back to my previous tab but its all messed up. Please, help me get back to the regular firefox browser with tabs and the plus on the normal view. Thank You.

yOUR LATEST UPDATE HAS RUINED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE USED TO BE GREAT FIREFOx. How can I get back the tabs with the "=" sign to add new tabs like it used to work before? I am having problems navigating and I have spent countless hours being very frustrated trying to fix the useless new tool bar view. Its just a waste of time. Please, help us fix this, I don't want to go wake and broke!

I rested my phone and reinstalled firefox logged in and tried to get my tabs back since i had sync previously activated but now i can't find how to get my 60 tabs back. Nothing is in the History to find.
