I just forgot my password so i try to change the password and everything gone is there any possibly that i can get beck those info ? Otherwise i should stop using Firefox ?

I misplace my old password on my Firefox account and had to purchase a new phone and I have a new password but it is not going through my selected new password is: [removed from public] and my email address is: [edited from public]@gmail.com

I just finished setting up my new pc with Windows 11 (Feb 2023 updates) and installed Firefox 110.0.1) and wanted to transfer my logins, passwords, etc, from my Android 12 Phone's Firefox 110.1.0, and other pcs. A window popped up giving instructions how to sync my phone, as follow:

• • • Sync Firefox on you phone or tablet. 1) open Firefox on your Mobile Device. 2) Go to the menu (<ios>&<android>menu examples shown) and tap sync and save data. 3. Tap ready to scan and hold your phone over this code.***

I'm 73, have used Firefox since first release in 2004. In all these years I have never seen SYNC in the instructions to "sync and save and to point the phone at a barcode-thingy" or at least not in this world. The instructions made it seem like SYNC was right there to see, but I had to dig thru layes of options to finally find it. You can blaim it on my 73 yr old brain, I guess, but nothing like these instructions exist in Windows or Android firfox. What in the world are your programmers smokin' these days. I would just as soon open up Edge or Chrome and did up the passwords I need to log into my banking and creditcard accounts...heck, it seems like MAYBE I should just dump Firefox after almost 20 years and just use those other browsers. At least there instructions are much simpler that this ol' man can follow. Please have someone review your published helps info on your webpages, and help those Sr. citizens like me to more easily find what we need without calling up grandsons or granddaughters for help (their parents are worse than I am at most techy stuff!) Теперь получилось даже аккаунт Google восстановить. Но вот Firefox не хочет ни в аккаунт входить, ни синхронизироватья. Как все таки войти в аккаунт?

I just reset my password of my firefox account. On the desktop I don't have any of my logins.

On my android, it logged me out, I logged in with the new password. My Logins are still there, but I am not able to sync them to my Desktop.

How can I achieve this?

My previous android phone was lost, I have installed firefox to new android phone. But I am unable to get previous data on this phone. I have logged in with my account and also synced. No pareils data came.

I am running Ff 114.0.2 on a Windows 11 workstation and Ff mobile on a Samsung Galaxy S20. Syncing is enabled on both devices, but passwords are not syncing, even after manually syncing. Autofill of usernames and passwords works on my workstation, but not on my mobile device, even though that feature is enabled. Sometimes (but not always), I am prompted on my mobile device to unlock Firefox, but after tapping the prompt, nothing happens.

Hi, I was updated Firefox in my Android phone. Now, in websites with several saved logins (for example more than 6 account) when I tap on one of the accounts to fill username and password, it does not fill fields. In the previous versions I had not such problem.

my usernames and passwords are not syncing....i have all my passwords and usernames saved on my pc....and I’ve synced all passwords and logins and can view them on both devices. ‘Autofill in Firefox’ and ‘Autofill in other apps’ are both on. But, when logging in to apps on the Samsung, autofill doesn’t work. Even if I fill in my email address, there is no password suggestion. Instead, a small dropdown message appears: ‘unlock Firefox’. It isn’t active, and doesn’t open anything when I tap on it. Result: I have to go looking for the passwords and fill them in manually. I hope there’s a solution. thank u in advance for your help. LL

Mostly trying to get on website I then see notation to ACTIVATE FIREFOX OR TURN ON Firefox which doesn't tell me how to turn it on, how long 42 months? to keep trying getting nowhere but frustrated

HOW DO I GET FIREFOX TO WORK FOR ME instead of me being in unpaid for indefinite term FOREVER looking thru Firefox list of my saved names and passwords and entering it myself BECAUSE ---- Maybe I'm wrong but I thought that was the whole FIREFOX EXPERIENCE, to keep track of passwords and enter them for me. Reality is every day is a game of KEEP AWAY from me any user benefit

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue that I have been experiencing since updating my Firefox mobile browser. Whenever I visit websites like "https://adsl.tci.ir/panel/" that have stored passwords, the password field appears empty after selecting the saved password.

I have tried clearing my cache and disabling any add-ons, but the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this issue.

I had no choice but to wipe my windows lucky i got my passwords back but i lost all my bookmarks. My mobil phone does have all my "Desktop bookmarks" under its own tab, but im not sure how to make sure my desktop bookmarks get back over to my actual desktop without losing the ones on my mobil. i have to many bookmarks to go thru 1 by 1. any help is great.
