I said it all in the in the opening statement... What else am I meant to say?????????? It worked fine 2 weeks ago..? But now forget it!!!!!!! What has changed....you must know ... So don't ask me just fix it!!!!!!

Firefox downloads my images as Tiff files. I do not want them to download them as Tiff but I don't see anywhere to change my download file type preferences for Android

For awhile now since I last updated the android app it's started freezing after awhile when I try to open a new tab or type in the address bar. Sometimes it looks like it's opening a new tab but it's just a duplicate of a different tab then it freezes. Restarting the app makes it work again but it won't remember the last thing I was doing and the history shows up entirely blank. Even closing the app before it freezes it won't remember what I just had open

I have to use Firefox to access my bank accounts as my version of chrome is no longer supported. However the magnification of the pages is too great in Firefox for me to use full page options. How can I reduce magnification of a Firefox page?

Noticed my phone having terrible battery life, from battery usage you can see that Firefox is highly likely one of the main culprits. I have observed the same over a few days on the last two Firefox builds. The official instructions say to put a bookmark in a folder click on three dots, click to edit, then click on either a particular folder or some non-existent generic folder button. In my version of android Firefox, neither alternative is possible. If I go from the edit bookmark screen to the preceding general screen (where the folders are listed) and click on a folder, both happens, the bookmark is not transferred to the folder. As for the second, one is told to open the edit function and then click on the folder button. But there is no folder button. How to do it? I'm running android 14 on a Galaxy A14.

Constantly crashes with the latest 3 updates. Not sure if it's on your end or the providing web sites not knowinghow to program for Android phones.

My phone is hacked through my formal email,the email is disabled already,the hacker of my email used another email for my recovery which I don't have access to. The hacker has been remotely controlling my phone since August and I haven't had my privacy. The encrypted files on my phone and all the legal made on my phone was done by the hacker because the hacked email is my business email which I puts all my data into. They hacked the email,used the email for frauds and encrypted the email and make it look like I am the one did it. Please safe me from the hacker please. When I signed up new email,the same thing keep happening. It's frustrating and stressful not to have a privacy. I am not working under any organization,I am self employed and I am from Nigeria. Am a priest,a guidance counselor and a business man. I am a family man, married with a kid. Please help me Mozilla. You have been helping me, please continue helping me and help me fully please. I have deleted the encrypted files but it will still comes back but these are the what I saw on my phone settings which I know that is not normal.

When ever i use my Mobile data to browse in website it always shows error or gets stuck in loading.Its happening feom long time i tried uninstalling and re-installing still does not works.

I have a Xiaomi phone with resolution 2400x1080 use Firefox on it. And I have annoying issue with YouTube and other video players. Is there is a way how can I hide notch in full-screen video mode? The power draw can be heinous. In 37 minutes of use so far for this full charging cycle, it has used 5 times the power (measured by Android's battery page) as RedReader has in its roughly 2.5 hours. Is there a way that can be brought to heel a bit?

I'm not sure if this is my phone or the app, but it just got uninstalled from my phone 2 times already out of nowhere. I tried to find out what had happened and checked my storage was fine, I cleared the cache or restarted my phone. Is the app having a bug or something?
