Hi,

I keep getting the red padlock but when I tap on it it says my connection is secure and when I tap on that it shows that I’m connected to HTTPS. What’s causing this? Is my connection exposed? When i shutdown and reopen the app the red padlock goes away but I'm confused as it says 'connection is secure' either way.

I have internal web sites, which have self-signed certs. Firefox iOS will no longer allow me to access them. It simply shows a blank screen until it times out. There is no setting I can see to change this behaviour. Please change.

Hi ! I´m using firefox 125.1(40778) on ios 17.4. Recently I faced a problem with the password manager of Firefox, as it doesn`t automatically fill in username and password on a site I visit on a regular basis. But when you click on the username the keyboard pops up and there I found the option to use the password manager of firefox. After re-authentification (fingerprint on my mobile) it opens the password manager and suggests the appropriate password. Clicking on it and you are in.

So the password manager still works although in a more complicated way because once you´re in the house you don´t need the door key anymore.

Hi I have problem trying to login Pocket app via iphone. I have tried using different accounts but it just doesn't work. I couldn't get passed the Signing page, it remains as loading once I have approved to sign in using google id/mac account.

I am trying to have my own home page and everytime I set it FireFox reverts to the basic blank screen. I am typing in www.swagbucks.com for the home page and it will stay for a few days then changes back automatically.

Recently on my iPad and iPhone, clicking valid links in either my browser (Firefox) or e-mail (Outlook), a new tab will open to the “about:blank” page, and nothing more.

After entering a potential URL or just something you want to search within the default search you see the search suggestions.

However, every single time I try to scroll on my search suggestions, it suddenly hides the URL entering interface which includes all of the suggestions making it impossible to scroll through suggestions.

This seems to be related to an intended automatic keyboard hiding behavior, but instead the entire interface goes away and you’re left with the previous webpage you were on.

When I scan any QR code it goes to a Firefox start page instead of the site the code it’s written to. The same for links from other apps. My software is up to date. I have tried powering down and restarting. I really like Firefox and would like to keep it as my primary browser. What should I check?

Recently, I reported a glitch with e-mail messages from you. The text of the messages was darkened either completely or almost to the point of being unreadable--actually, backgrounded--always at least partially covered by a pop-up telling about the trackers that were derailed by the DuckDuckGo browser. Since then, I have made a discovery: The problem occurs when using Apple's iPhone Mail app, but not at all when using Microsoft's iPhone Outlook app. It should be noted that e-mails from you go to my Microsoft (Outlook.com) account. I have Firefox on my desktop and iPad and both are synced. I love Firefox on my desktop but, honestly, I have to continue to use Safari on my Ipad because the iOS version of Firefox is nowhere near as good. One of my biggest obstacles to converting to Firefox on my iPad is trying to save bookmarks so I can access them on my desktop. When I bookmark a page on my iPad I cannot find it's location on my desktop. Can you please advise where Firefox places bookmarks that are saved on my iPad. Thanks

Hello, recently switched over to Firefox. Whenever I exit Firefox and reopen it to search something, I am signed out of my Google account. If I refresh the page it signs back in. Is there any way to prevent this?

I had been using Firefox on my iPhone for forever. All of a sudden the icon just disappeared, so I can no longer use it as my browser. When I check my apps in Settings, it's there, and checked as my browser, but there's no longer an icon to click on. I went to the app store thinking it had somehow become deleted, and instead of being able to get the app, it just says Open, meaning that it should be on my phone. How do I get the icon back? The way it is now, I can't even delete and re-install it.

DuckDuckGo is default browser on iOS ad iMac. I want to block any and all Amazon.com results from my searches. How do I do that? If an overall block is not possible, how to I customize a search or the results list to filter out Amazon.com?

Prevent websites from auto-reloading while reading/scrolling. Sites where this reloading problem occurs reliably (so you can test, for example), include HuffingtonPost and CNN.
