As of version 123.x Share>Add to Home Screen shortcuts on iOS/iPad Home Screen no longer open. Instead when tapping the icon it just opens the Firefox start page.

Since updating to 123.4 it frequently happens that I tap a link in a website and it loads about:blank and won’t stop doing that until I force quit Firefox and restart it

Mon i phone et mon mac sont connectés à firefox avec le meme account. Mes mots de passe sont dans mon iphone, aucun mot de passe sur mon mac..., toutes les synchronisation sont activées!! Comment exporter mes mots de passe pour les charger sur mon mac ou plus simple ou faire en sorte que la synchronisation fonctionne entre les deux appareils.??

I am not receiving my email. When I try to, I am told to enter password. Even when creating a new password, I continue to get the same request to enter my password. I don't know how to get out of this predicament. Need help!

I have tried erasing my browser history, cookies, etc. from the history tab and also from inside settings. However, the history is still intact. Looking for some help, I think it may be a bug. Thanks

I receive links from a few sources (i.e. Wall Street Journal) that have lists of link’s to articles both on their webpage and their App.

If I have Safari as the default browser the link directs me to the app, where the full article is available. If I have Firefox as the default browser (which I prefer) it directs me to the web version, which is incomplete, as it requires a more expensive subscription to access the full content.

Why can’t Firefox link directly to the App if present on the device?

I by mistake have synced into wrong account. I believe i did have same account with same email only but my data was not there when i tried loggin in by resetting

in firefox ios Settings>"Send Usage Data" is enabled. "Studies" is enabled. it's my first iphone (15) and over the last 6 weeks swamped with new stuff to figure out but first weeks disabled everything i could to send out my data via IOS and all apps (firefox) and 90% sure i disabled these in firefox to find them now enabled. i've done 3+ IOS and firefox updates, does either go into our settings and re-enable them? is there a list somewhere so we know what to go back in an check after each update? i'm positive updating to IOS 17.4 it turned off my VPN without notification. the apple support told me IOS updates can change preference settings but doesn't know which and we have no control over it. yikes! thank you!

Firefox for ios has always auto filled my saved passwords. A few days ago, it stopped. I haven’t changed any settings. I updated the app and checked that the settings were the same. Still no autofill. Help!

I finally decided to download Firefox for IOS on my Iphone. once it downloaded I told it to sync, including Bookmarks. When I select Bookmarks from the menu (hamburger) I only see the entries from my Bookmarks Toolbar. The vast majority of my Firefox Bookmarks are in my Bookmarks Menu. Did those not sync, or are they on my Iphone but for some reason they aren't being displayed? If it's important, my main computers are Windows based (one is an old Windows 7 running the latest IESR the other is Windows 11 running a current version of Firefox for Windows) If I'm looking in the right place, my Iphone has Firefox 124.2.

Hello. I was told viaApp Store review to come here and describe my issue. So I was hoping to upload my video to better show off what I am having major issues with. Unfortunately I cannot. So I'll settle with uploading the screencaps of what I see Everytime I go to a different tab in my plethora of tabs open.

The best way I can describe it is that I jump around tabs when I focus in on one, even if it's brief. And it's annoying to find out where I left off Especially when I open a new tab in the background. No other browser does that and if they did, it's been long fixed already.

So starting from the Homepage, I scroll up a bit to open up the next screenshot of Otakon. Once I go back to the tab page, I jump to a different area entirely, the last tab no where to be found but still present. So I then scroll up more to the definition of 'ambition' and then go back to the tab page. Now I'm back to where the Otakon tab was at. It's just lots of that using the browser and it's annoying especially if I'm doing a little shopping.

App links suddenly stopped working. Links for YouTube or Reddit no longer open the app. When a site does offer to open an app, it just brings me to the App Store instead of opening the app that’s already installed. How can I fix this?

I have tried this multiple times after force closing and restarting my iPhone, all to the same result: When I tried to use the + to add a new website, username, and password, the screen just flashes, and does not actually add the new info. Strangely, it offers to input a password when I place the cursor into the box for entering the brand new password I am trying to save. This seems to be a bug, but I cannot find how to report a bug.

How do I turn on auto fill of I’d and passwords on my websites. I no longer get window to ask about saving new websites and passwords either. I have version 124.2 on my iPad
