I installed the newer version of Firefox on Feb. 4, 2024, and nothing from the older version carries over to the new version. How do I migrate bookmarks and history from an older version of Firefox to a newer version, please?

Hi - I deleted & reinstalled Firefox focus for IOS because I was unable to email myself articles from FF. Now, every time I open an email on my Protonmail app, instead of it opening in Safari, it opens in FF (where I have Safari turned off). What have I done? (lol) And could you please help?

Help. Anyone have any idea why I would be getting an execution reverted error when I'm trying to simply sign into OpenSea with my ledger. Opensea is telling me its a firefox issue and not a metamask , opensea or ledger one?

NUMEROUS websites respond that I need to enable JavaScript when I'm using Firefox bruiser on both my phone and in my Mac. How do I do this?

There have been numerous requests for this information and it's never been answered!

After the latest update, which happened today, the address bar got so narrow that not only can I not see the address I am browsing, but I can’t type a new address either, because the reader view or certificate info buttons are too close to one another (see attached image).

I hope this can be addressed soon. Browsing has become much of a hassle now.

I find the process of adding bookmarks really difficult. I have a ton of them and I need to keep them organized, so I have to add them to the correct folder when I make them. So on mobile, I have to go to the menu, tap add, quickly tap the "edit" button before it goes away, navigate out of mobile bookmarks to desktop bookmarks, scroll past every single folder and subfolder I have (there are a lot) and finally get to save my bookmark. Then, when I find something else I want to remember in the same category, I have to do the same 6-step process because the browser doesn't automatically navigate to the last folder I saved to. If anyone knows of a way to make the process shorter I would be very grateful.

I have set up two bookmarks, both for the same financial institution, one for my wife, and one for myself. It appears that the system has copied the card numbers from the first one, and put them into the second one, so that we can only get access to her cards, not mine, no matter which bookmark we use.

I have a similar problem with saved passwords. They go into the directory with whatever name the organization uses, which isn't always useful. "login.live..." appears several times, and I have to sign in to each of them in turn, to find the one I need. How can I re-name them to something useful?

All my inactive tabs on Firefox iOS are unable to be opened, whenever I tap on them the page won’t load and I can’t even copy the url from the search bar since there’s nothing there, and half the time the app crashes too whenever I’m on one of the inactive tabs.

I also can’t use the hamburger menu to copy the link or send to another device, and though the tab thumbnail is saved in the cache the page itself refuses to load.

Is there a way to bring them back? I’m running the latest version of the app and iOS.

When i try and load a website, I get this message. I don't know why. Doesn't happen with other browsers. I haven't loaded anything new on Mozilla or my computer. No other issues on my computer, I have a new iMac.

It seems that this issue has been reported to Support in the past, in 2020 an in 2017. But the solutions do not apply to today. My Mozilla is updated and I feel my only recourse is to stop using Firefox. After 8 years using Firefox as my browser, I am sad to see it go.

If there is any support out there, I would truly appreciate it.

You know, I really need to import my bookmarks from safari to a more secure browser like a privacy browser and I don’t know why I can’t just do that. Where is the option to do that? I mean this feature is so important, if not critical.

I made a ton of bookmarks on safari and now I’m like I need certain bookmarks on a private secure browser like this one.

I have attached two images, the first is from my Firefox and the second is from the picture of Firefox in the App Store, which my Firefox used to look like. Obviously at some point they increasing the y-padding around the toolbar massively, but I don’t like this change at all — it doesn’t match any other platform and just wastes space. Is there any way to revert the appearance to what it was before?
