Firefox crashed on me. And deleted all the tabs that’s I had up on Firefox. It didsk me if I wanted to restore my tabs and I said yes, but none of them got restored. And I can’t seem to find any recent tabs or anything!

Hello, I have had issues with multiple crashes with Firefox for I Os, now when I try to access my xfinity email, I get the to and from but not the body of the email. I updated Firefox and rebooted my iPhone but still the same results.

I'm at a loss. FF for iOS (iPhone 7) keeps crashing every few days (no other apps have similar problems). It then asks to restore tabs from the last session, which mostly works, but every few weeks, all tabs are lost (about 20..50 total). In history menu, open tabs from last session is greyed out. When the tabs are are lost, they're also instantly purged from FF sync. >:(

I'd love to use FF on iPhone, since I'm using FF sync extensively and successfully on multiple PCs. But on iPhone, FF only causes me pain and suffering (i.e. the need to comb through months of history in the hopes of catching all lost tabs). Is there anything I can do that FF on this platform gets more reliable?

It seems, the more connected we get, the more data we lose. :(

1. Whenever you login a site, Firefox does not remember the cookies from the login. So when you close the app and open it later, so you need to login again.

1. Firefox crashes a lot since iOS 16 and now too on 16.1, and now also since the release iPadOS 16.1. This makes the app difficult to use and really bad.

Both are very frustrating and important issue, please fix it!

Woke up today and ipad crashes each time i try to go to a webpage in Firefox. Worked fine last night. ios14.1, can’t upgrade this ipad now. Have deleted and re-installed Firefox multiple times, rebooted ipad, can’t even access Troubleshoot mode bc it immediately crashes and closes Firefox. Please help.

I’d like to start off by saying that I’ve been a Firefox user for you know probably a couple decades anyway. Today Mar7 whenever I clicked on the link in Apple Mail Firefox tried to launch the site and it crashed. I tried it multiple times, different emails, same result. I tried restarting, this is also on my iPad so it’s iOS only. (No problem on my desktop) and it just keeps crashing when I have tried turning my VPN off and turn it on and restarting in pretty much everything I know to do so like I deleted it which I really don’t wanna didn’t want to do but I didn’t see any other solution. so HELP

Firefox freezes several times an hour. It crashes every three hours. I installed the Adblock Pro extension (free version). Maybe it’s related but I have not noticed anything related to the extension. Safari doesn’t crash and uses the same extension.

The only point to use Firefox on iOS is the password manager and dark mode. Printing is inferior because it forces pagination.

As of this morning Firefox crashes on start up on both my iPad and my iPhone, both running on iOS 16.2. On the iPhone no messages are shown, it simply crashes. On the iPad however a message is shown that Firefox seems to have crashed and I'm asked whether I want to restore tabs. Choosing either 'yes' or 'no' results in starting up Firefox and crashing again with the same message/question as a result.

I have removed and reinstalled Firefox on my iPad. It did start up and I was able to sign in with my account. However, when I wanted to use Firefox again, crashing on start up was there again.

I have a iPhone 13 running iOS 16.2. I have Firefox 108.1 running on it. Yesterday it starts to crash on launch. Can’t even get to troubleshooting. Immediately shuts down. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Tried turning off sync still crashes. Any ideas would be appreciated

It just. Keeps. Crashing. It won’t stop. And this started recently all of a sudden. It happens every time a new tab has opened. It doesn’t do this for private browsing tabs. I’m on iOS 16.1.2. I think I’m on the latest update of Firefox.

Hello as I mention in topic. I have the Firefox app. And I use Firefox on my desktop. I sync my bookmarks to my app. When I click on desktop bookmark in the Firefox app. The app keeps on crashing I don’t even have a chance to click on a bookmark. It just crashes. Not sure why. Please help. Thank you

iPad Air 4th gen running most recent iPad OS and Firefox is crashing on load. I have already tried restarting the iPad and reinstalling the app. Please advise. Thank you.

I do get a “Well this is embarrassing…” dialogue box for after crashing, but the app doesn’t run long enough for me to tap on anything.

Every time I open the current Firefox app it immediately opens and crashes. This starting happening a few days ago randomly but now happens all the time. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but it didn’t help. Also restarted the iPhone 13 too. Suggestions? Thanks.

iOS Firefox 106.2 (21661) crashes when I attempt to open Bookmarks on my iPhone 14 Pro 16.1.1 ; otherwise seems to work fine.

I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling the Firefox app and removed / replaced all bookmarks within the app via sync – to no avail.

Please help!
