Sometimes randomly, but happens often when using EBay, clicking on link opens to a new blank tab. The tab lists about:blank. Sometimes the link will work after a couple tries, but sometimes can take more than 5 times to get the link to open. On some sites it can happen randomly, but it’s pretty repeatable while using eBay. I have deleted the app from iPad, did a hard reset, and reinstalled the app, but there is no difference in behavior. Behavior started with the most recent Firefox iOS update. Firefox iOS, Firefox 124.0 (39709), iPad iOS running all latest versions and updates as of 03/24.

I recognized Apple charge what browser was required.

I’m having problems with my iPhone 7plus sign in.

I’m unable to gain access to the Apple store to download the Firefox app.

Do you have an support unit that can help problem solve

Hi It is impossible to use Firefox on ios 17.2 because it continuously crash. Realle, the issue arise months ago Can you solve the issue or can you send me instructions in order to solve the issue? Regards Mario

On desktop we can click the padlock to view the actual SSL certificate but on Mobile this does not work.

Viewing the SSL certificate is a very important and useful ability and should be supported the same way as viewing a web page's HTML source or viewing an email message's headers.

The Firefox icon on my iPhone has disappeared, even though it is functional as my default browser. I feel like I’ve tried everything! Would anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Hi @all, Such quite a while, Firefox almost constantly crashing when closing a or better the last open tab. Tried a support hint and deleted cache and everything and after that it worked for a few days and then it coming up again. When it happens, and I restart FF and try a logged in page directly, I.e. Facebook, FF doesn’t recognize my signin. Closing the tab, waiting a moment, restart the page again and everything is fine. Really don’t know when this behavior begun, but it is really annoying. I face this problem on 2 different iPad Pro. The newer one from last year with an M2 processor and an older one with an Axx don’t know which one exactly. What’s the matter with that? I REALLY hate the colorless background! I just want to change it into a different solid color. I don't want to change my theme, I just want a different background color. Trying to use firefox colors just changes my theme into a nasty pink without even changing the background color. Nothing works.

I'm encountering a perplexing problem with downloading .mobileconfig WiFi profile files through a direct link in my ReactJS web application. This functionality works flawlessly on Google Chrome, Safari, and Edge across iPhone and iPad devices. However, when attempting the same on Firefox for iOS, the downloaded file becomes corrupted and unrecognizable as a .mobileconfig file.

The download mechanism is implemented using a simple anchor tag that points directly to the file on the server. Interestingly, only in Firefox on iOS, the content of the .mobileconfig file gets altered during the download process, leading to corruption.

I'm keen to understand why this issue is occurring specifically with Firefox on iOS and how to resolve it. Has anyone else faced a similar challenge or have any insights on how to ensure the file downloads correctly on all browsers, including Firefox on iOS? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to install Firefox and uBlock origin. I believe I downloaded Firefox just fine and created an account. When I tried to download uBlock origin, I click on the link and I get a notice saying the Firefox download is “almost complete” but gives me no options. Please advise

Printer help needed! Where is my default IOS printer (Epson ET-4850) & where is the print option in Firefox? The bigger question is how do I connect my default IOS printer to Firefox?Thus far I have no way to print from Firefox therefore have deployed the workaround of copying web address into Safari and printing from there. I do not want to spend hours researching something that should be simple and likely is something that most of you already know. Install an update is the closest I can come to what I need. I have more than five devices in my home that I would like to use with Mozilla VPN. I really don’t want to create another Mozilla account in order to add more devices. I don’t mind spending more money. What do I do? Is there a commercial account option?

When I select more than one email to delete using the check boxes next to it, the email next in the list ( with no checkbox checked) gets deleted, too. But not every time. Probably once or twice a day.
