Sooo I had tens of tabs open, with intention to keep them - I couldn't find an option to save all of them, so decided to update the app, just in case FF caught up with some functionalities I've seen in my other browsers - bookmarking all tabs, namely.

After I've updated, all my open tabs are gone and "recently closed" is empty. There's no way to have the tabs back.

I don't expect there's a way to solve this problem, but I'm posting it here just in case, and at the same time marking my segue to Safari.

It used to be that when I typed in the beginning of a URL, Firefox would suggest a massive list of matching URLs from my history that would slowly dwindle as I typed more, but now I get only three suggestions.

I didn't change anything, so is this a change in Firefox? If so, can it be changed back? Or made an option?

Recently, I reported a glitch with e-mail messages from you. The text of the messages was darkened either completely or almost to the point of being unreadable--actually, backgrounded--always at least partially covered by a pop-up telling about the trackers that were derailed by the DuckDuckGo browser. Since then, I have made a discovery: The problem occurs when using Apple's iPhone Mail app, but not at all when using Microsoft's iPhone Outlook app. It should be noted that e-mails from you go to my Microsoft (Outlook.com) account. My Firefox keeps going into private browsing on its own. I deleted the app and cleared it and it’s done it again. When I go into settings there is no way for me to uncheck private browsing

Hi there, recently I wanted to open Firefox on an iPad that I did not use for a while but I was not able to access the tabs anymore. They seem to be inactive somehow. Turning the inactive tabs-setting off did not help in getting them active again. At the same time it seems to be a graphical issue that does not show the tabs as active. When being in overview mode I still acn see thumbnaisl of the webpages that have be opened before, biut I cannot access and use these pages when I click on that corresponding tab.

What can I do to gain access to my obviously opened tabs again? Thanks in advance!

Hi, all of my passwords and usernames have been deleted. When I go to the passwords section of my account all that is listed is the web addresses. The usernames and passwords are blank! HELP!

My passwords do not sync from windows. I have verified they are both connected but my ios never has my desktop passwords. I have verified connected the setting is checked to copy passwords i have hit the sync shile sitting at my desktop but the passwords never are on my phone.

I had been using Firefox on my iPhone for forever. All of a sudden the icon just disappeared, so I can no longer use it as my browser. When I check my apps in Settings, it's there, and checked as my browser, but there's no longer an icon to click on. I went to the app store thinking it had somehow become deleted, and instead of being able to get the app, it just says Open, meaning that it should be on my phone. How do I get the icon back? The way it is now, I can't even delete and re-install it.

Help me synch all passwords from Firefox on my MS Surface Pro to my new iphone 15promax. It was synching just fine with my iphone 13 but with new phone I am lost. I have selected the option to Sync passwords but it is not working.

I can’t find a password I just saved onto Firefox in Passwords . When I search for the site in Passwords it says there is no matching login and provides no password.

When I scan any QR code it goes to a Firefox start page instead of the site the code it’s written to. The same for links from other apps. My software is up to date. I have tried powering down and restarting. I really like Firefox and would like to keep it as my primary browser. What should I check?

Firefox keeps opening up external apps when I do not want them to be opened. It opens the link in the browser AND in the app, which makes it insultingly frustrating when I eventually go to close the tabs in the browser because every time I try to close the tabs, the external app reopens!

DuckDuckGo is default browser on iOS ad iMac. I want to block any and all Amazon.com results from my searches. How do I do that? If an overall block is not possible, how to I customize a search or the results list to filter out Amazon.com?

Prevent websites from auto-reloading while reading/scrolling. Sites where this reloading problem occurs reliably (so you can test, for example), include HuffingtonPost and CNN.
