Firefox for iOS Support Forum

Why is it necessary to authenticate Lockwise frequently on my 2 IOS devices? A dozen times in May and 6 times this month. It happens right when I need to use the app and this activity is delayed by having to authenticate and re-synch. Is something wrong or is this a "feature".

Only a small portion of logins are synced across the desktop and iOS device. It appears only the logins that have been recently updated manually are synced. All other logins that were auto-imported are not synced from the desktop to the phone.

Hi. I love firefox and have been using the app for the last 5 years.. I generally use the same firefox account on all my devices (laptop, android and iOS) and love the pocket recommendations on the homepage. I tried enabling it on my iOS device (iPhone 13 pro) but it’s not showing even when it’s turned on!! I reinstalled the app several times and enabled it to see if that fixes the issue but it’s still not resolved. Kindly help me with this because one of the main reasons why I’m using firefox is because of the pocket recommendations!!

On June 16th 2022, I opened Firefox on my ipad and a bunch of tabs that *weren't mine* were loaded (in addition to my own open tabs). It was creepy and bizarre.

Out of caution, I closed the foreign tabs and changed my Firefox and Apple passwords. Then I resynced Firefox. Everything was fine for 3 days afterward.

Today, June 20th 2022, I opened Firefox on my ipad and 4 tabs *that are not mine* loaded, in addition to my open tabs. **I know these tabs aren't mine because they are about things that I have never heard of or searched for in my life and/or random places that aren't even in my state.

My significant other is as baffled as I am. My tech friends have never heard of this happening. Can anyone here figure out what's going on?

Help me get access to my gmail through Firefox. I opened a new email account at [edited email from public] @proto.com but have not used it. Let's see if it works.
