Most of audience is on mozilla firefox but they are facing difficulties in opening it on firefox for IOS while the audience on other platforms are easily using it. How we can fix this issue as we losing our potential users?

I am trying to install Firefox on a new iPad. I keep being sent in circles telling me to download it before trying to get extensions. But it shows on the homepage of my unit and appears installed. What am I doing wrong? I have gone to the App Store several times to “open” it.
