Firefox for iOS Support Forum

I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

Ever since I updated the app, all of my tabs keep disappearing when I close the app. I’ve kept a lot of tabs on my Firefox app, and it’s very upsetting that I keep losing the tabs that I need. Is there any fix?

How do I remove ALL google-sponsored shortcuts on my Firefox iPad home page? When I click on a Google-sponsored shortcut and then click on Remove, it removes only that one but then replaces it with another one. How do I get rid of ALL Google shortcuts?

When I opened my iPad all tabs saved in private browsing had disappeared. I keep them there not because they are particularly private but for ease of access. A note from Google said that it had changed my settings as they didn’t know if I was over 18. (I’m 75!) and I needed to sign in to Google. I always use Duck Duck Go as my search engine on my desktop and do NOT want to use Google if possible. Can you help. I’m really fed up/ angry about this intrusion. Sorry for explanatory ramble. Windows corrupted my user profile so I lost everything... how do I get my bookmarks from Firefox iOS to my desktop PC?

When I sign into my desktop Firefox it has nothing - I am worried if I sync my iOS firefox it will delete all my bookmarks?

The button in settings/privacy/close tabs automatically has disappeared in firefox for ios v 127. It appears that I no longer have the option to keep my private tabs open which is very inconvenient

Firefox for iOS version 127.0 (42448) deletes tabs when app is closed. The option to keep tabs when the apps is closed has been removed from the privacy menu. So how can I configure the app to keep tabs between sessions?

Just started getting a pop-up when trying to add a new site to the password manager. Passwords already in the manager work fine. Face ID is used for the device passcode. See attached.
