In choosing a search engine, I found out from the directions on Firefox focus how to add them. But when they gave the string for Wikipedia, it did not work. I was wondering if any knew the accurate one and also is there a webpage that gives search strings for many apps or web pages? When I did a search under “Wikipedia Search Engine String”, I didn’t see a web page that offered it and I couldn’t find it on the Wikipedia site. If someone doesn’t mind, can you give me the directions on how to find them? I would be very grateful.

I downloaded foxfire focus on my pixel phone. When I sign into my e-mail and certain websites the browser is showing not secure. I try to login from that phone but couldn’t because the links didn’t work.

Can’t get pictures it flashes up so quickly can’t catch a picture. What would cause browser not being secure.

When I do a search in the recently downloaded Firefox focus, I am still directed to google. Is that how Firefox focus works.? And I thought I would be searching the Internet through Firefox and nothing would be going through Google. The default search engine is still set for Ecosia and there is no option to use Firefox. Did I do something wrong here or is that the way this works?

The onscreen Keyboard lags on both an iPhone and an iPad. I tried restarting the app and the devices and tried reset the keyboard dictionary. The issue persisted. The Keyboard doesn’t lag anywhere else.

Is this a known issue?

I am trying to add start page to firefox focus as a browser it says server not found. It wouldn’t even allow me to login my account on android phone. When I went to log in my account. The sign up page would never open. It would show a blue circle and go round and round in a circle never opened. I had to open this request on another phone. My IP address is [edited] My phone is pixel 3 Google phone. I can never screenshoot pictures of the error I have also take pictures from another phone. It wouldn’t allow me to send pictures of the one that says server not found. Someone is working the backend of this phone hope to get a response from you.

My Firefox Focus browser icon has disappeared from my Home Screen. It is still listed as my default browser in Settings but I can’t access it except through Siri which brings it up as an app. I’ve tried rebooting the phone but it doesn’t show up. Can anyone please help me with this issue?

While login a LAN website, FF Klar(iOS) was stopped by "authorization required"

My phone crashed while I was on Firefox Focus (for iOS) and was in the middle of writing my mom’s obituary on a website. Is it possible to find that website on Firefox Focus? Is there a cache of recently visited websites? 😢

Using Firefox focus 122.1 on iOS 17.2.1; both set to auto update.

When I press the back button, the previous page does not load. Instead there is a weird hybrid, with the url of the previous page but the background color of the page that I just tried to leave, and no text or other information.

Refresh button does not help, but requesting desktop version does load the previous page.

I would like to no longer use Firefox focus on my iPhone. How do I delete it from my App Library?

It doesn’t have proper internet accountability software built in.

I’m not sure where to put this suggestion, if you could point me in the right direction that would be amazing. I love the Firefox focus browser, but I wish it had the option for tabs like a regular browser. I would love to be able to have more than one site open on a tracker blocking web browser. It doesn’t make sense why it doesn’t at least give you the option to choose if you want to enable tabs or not. You’re allowed to pin 4 shortcuts, why not be able to open 4 tabs?

Just downloaded Firefox focus for iOS and I will say that it is the best browser I have used in terms of most things, except for the fact it seems that you can only go back one page at a time. I am an old-habits-die-hard chrome user and I genuinely want to switch to this browser, but without the ability to go back more than one page at a time it will be tough. Expected behavior: Holding down on the back button opens a list of recently visited pages for the current tab in sorted by order visited.
