Using Firefox on windows 10 pro, 64 bit

Since updating to Firefox 125.0.3 (64 bit) , I am getting all sorts of website problems with font sizes. Some are all extremely small like on google news, others have widely mixed sizes, extremely large and extremely small.

I tried troubleshoot mode and there is no difference. The problems are still there.

I tried the Edge browser and the problem is not there.

I didn't have this problem before the update. I tried adjusting windows and the screen dpi, but I can't find a solution. Just seems to make things worse.

Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions for a solution ?

I need to go over the head of the Mozilla Triage manager who has left https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1406865 open without a resolution for **seven years**. How do I do that? This is a bug reported in Firefox 57 and **still** not fixed in Firefox 125. I cannot find any support category anywhere in the Mozilla website that covers appealing a decision by one of their employees. The last comment from this uncooperative indivisual is "But given we support it on macOS and Windows yeah, it seems not very objectionable." Who is this **clerk** to override the fact that a number of customers very much find this "objectionable". I cannot find anything on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contact/ that addresses this issue. I cannot find even a surface mail address for Mozilla. For example my complaint has nothing to do with any of the following:

   I’m having problems with using Firefox
   I want to donate to Mozilla
   I have questions about using Mozilla’s trademarks
   I’d like to report misuse of a Mozilla trademark
   I want to hold an event in a Mozilla space
   I want Mozilla to sponsor my event
   I’d like permission to use a Mozilla logo
   I’m interested in Pocket’s sponsored content on Firefox
   I’m a member of the Press and have a question for Mozilla

Yes I am having a problem with Firefox, but the clerk responsible has, through sitting on this issue for **seven years**, basically told the entire community that he doesn't give a reservoir.

In particular I feel this unacceptable behaviour should be brought to the attention of senior management, but there are no contacts for anybody in senior management.

I am trying to use a <select> tag to display a color selector. So each <option> has a background color to match its displayed text:

On Chrome this displays as expected:

But on Firefox the background colors are ignored:

How can I get Firefox to display the background colors?

Firefox can't seem to hold on to, say, a banking website or web page when I navigate away to another app, such as to answer the phone!

I'll be on a banking website, and when I get back to Firefox from the call 1 minute later, it will greet me with the login credentials page.

If I'm trying to login, and I'm on the 2fa page, and I answer the phone call to get the code, when I get back to Firefox, I'm no longer on the 2fa page, I'm back on the login credentials page.

If I'm trying to log in, and I'm on the 2fa page, and I navigate to the email app to get the code, when I get back to firefox, I'm no longer on the 2fa page, I'm back on the login credentials page.

The situation forces me to use text messaging for 2fa when using Firefox.

I tried recreating the situation in the Chrome browser, and it doesn't seem to suffer from this problem. I navigate away to the email app, come back to Chrome, and I'm still on the 2fa page.

The situation exists for most banking sites, but is not exclusive to only banking sites, as it occurs on many other types of websites, as well, requiring 2fa logins.

Is there some setting in Firefox that I'm overlooking that causes these websites to default back to their login credentials pages just because I went to another app on the phone for a second?

This problem exists ONLY on Firefox. I vary search engines, from DuckDuckGo to Presearch and Startpage depending on the search results I get.

For no apparent reason I will get a "suspended connection" message on Startpage while using the Firefox browser. I have included both the link and a screenshot of the problematic page. The page will open perfectly several times, and then suddenly, in the same session, if I open a new Startpage tab, this message will appear. While the suspended connection message is visible in Firefox / Startpage, I will try Startpage in Edge, Opera, Chrome and Midori, and they all open to the Starpage beautifully.

I am using the Firefox 125.0.3 browser, I have cleared caches and cookies, and run full malware scans, with zero negative results, and yet this problem persists. It is sporadic, and does not occur on a predictable basis. It occurs whether the Mozilla VPN is on or not, and switching from on to off or off to on changes nothing, even after refreshing the page.

I am assuming that this is a Firefox issue, as the problem does not occur on other browsers

I can easily switch browsers and / or search engines, but Firefox in conjuction with Startpage is my preferred combo. I just find it frustrating in that I cannot fix it myself.

A few days ago I started having an issue where Youtube videos 1440p and up would frequently skip ahead, stutter or freeze and play audio only. They also stopped loading as quickly as they had before. This issue only happens in Firefox as when I watch Youtube on Chrome everything is fine. I've tried disabling extensions to no effect. Is this a known issue or does anyone have suggestions?

Can't log in to Regions Bank Account. Message: "We can’t locate that page right now." after typing in password Works fine on other browsers.

Problem started Maybe around mid April. Have 5 computers: 2 running Windows 10, 2 running Windows 7 Professional, 1 running Linux

Tenho o Win 11 23H2 com Firefox 124.0.1 instalado. Há meses , devo usar o Avast Browser para acessar o Amazon.com.br ou qualquer site do gov.br. Já desinstalei tudo e reinstalei do zero , sem extensões , mas o problema continua. Alguém sabe me ajudar? Desde já agradeço.

I was able to open reddit.com without any problems earlier, but recentrly I'm not able to load it up anymore. The loading screen is eternal and it doesnt show any kind of error (unless it tries to connect for too long like a couple of minutes, then the error does shows up). The site still sends me notificarions through the browser though. Any other site loads up without a problem. I tried to use methods mentioned in the help article (turned off proxy, turned on network.dns.disableIPv6, deleted cookies and cache). In other browsers (Edge, for example) reddit.com loads just fine. Please help me if you can.

Before the update on April 29 I had no issues with my eBay account on Firefox. Now I am unable to get the pages to work properly. I cannot list any items for sale nor can I change any of my items in my store. Nothing saves and then redirects me to the homepage. eBay is one of my trusted seitz so I have no idea what’s causing this. It’s not eBay because my other accounts work fine on Chrome and on Safari. It happened exactly when the last update happened. And the only way that I can actually get back to the original site is to clear all my cookies and log out and start all over again, only to have the same issues over and over. I don’t know who to contact. I’m losing money in my Business every day because of this so I’m going to have to change my browser unfortunately if I don’t get a solution as soon as possible. I was using FF on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS. Had version FF 120.x and playing video in Netflix worked fine. Then I updated to FF 124.x and playing video stopped with error F7355-1203.

I've checked the DRM setting and it is enabled, I checked addons and I have OpenH264 and Widevine installed, both set to always active.

I've checked installed codecs and I do have libavcodec58 installed. No update for that available via apt. I also have ffmpeg installed, no problem with that either. I can play Netflix videos in Chrome, but not in Firefox now. Something happened to Firefox when I updated from 120.x to 124.x. Today I updated to 125.x, same problem, Netflix video won't play.

I've unchecked the DRM setting and re-checked it, and that does reinstalled Widevine but does not fix the problem.

Any ideas what could be the cause?

Hotmail (Outlook) search function has not been working for months. I signed in using Chrome and no problem.

I realized search in my hotmail account was not working maybe 6 months ago and I've been finding ways to work around it, but today, i got upset and tried to figure out what was wrong. I signed out and signed in. I googled what to do, updated Firefox, to no avail. Then I read to try another browser. Chrome worked fine for outlook/hotmail search function.

I need this search function. I prefer Firefox. let me know if it can be fixed?

I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox when attempting to visit the website https://proroofingcontractorgreenville.com/. The website won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a technical glitch, incompatibility with certain browsers, or anything the browser may be obstructing.

Has anyone else had this problem or has advice on how to fix it? I've tried removing extensions and cleaning the cache on my browser, but the issue still exists.

I used to have no problem opening messages.google.com/web/conversations to link my messages to my Pixel phone. Just recently the site will not open in Firefox. Not an error message, it just won't open the page.

Asking again. Support won't help. Volunteers won't help.

It appeared a few weeks ago. Now, when I load google map webpage, the map loads normally with all the street, country, road names, then 1 second later, all those texts disappear. I've disabled all Plugins, delete cache, load a brand new profile, without effects. Note that if I use a user agent switcher plugin and choose any Mobile versions (but not a desktop version), the names load (and stay) normally.

I haven't been able to login with MFA on my uni website and also make purchases using credit cards on commercial sites.

I have tried Troubleshooting mode and the problem persists. Switching to Opera browser showed normal functionality.
