I'm using a 2021 macbook air and cannot find a way to change the font size of anything in the Firefox toolbar. Not the bookmark folders in the toolbar, url address bar or tabs. The default is a microfont that is hard to read for some of us. The old add-on is no longer useful, and one other suggestion I was able to find involved changing the settings in configsys. That is an absurd solution for someone not familiar with changing code or intimidated by the process. I'd love to know if there is an easier solution that I'm missing here. And if not ...why?!

I've been using Firefox with my iMac OS 10.11.6 El Capitan I can't update my OS on my otherwise perfectly operational iMac. Firefox was working for me where other browsers wouldn't.

Today I was invited to update my firefox system through a website I was visiting. I took up the option without giving attention to the 'No-Go' icon and stupidly replaced the Firefox version I had, Now I have no working firefox option and I cant locate the older version.

I understand the security risk but my Mac system, my expensive internet service provider and my own usual caution around internet use, and my awareness of spam and phishing messages have so far protected me on the web. I'd be very pleased to be able to use the Firefox version that will work with my OS 10.11.6 but I don't seem to be able to find a suitable download.

Can you assist me please albeit entirely at my own risk

Can someone please explain to me why each Firefox update causes me a set of problems? The latest is that has screwed up my Facebook, so I can't "like" posts or comments. The little icons don't display. Also it will no longer allow me to right click and open a link out of gmail. In the past it has prevented me from 1) using Pinterest and 2)being able to use Instagram. I am going to stop the updates. They could at least come with a warning. I have MacOS 12.5.

I am using Firefox 103.0.2 (64-bit) on my Mac. Ever since the most recent update there are two or three websites that when I try to sign into the website I get the following error: Bad Request - Request Too Long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

Is this a problem with Firefox or with the code of the website I am trying to open? Before the update I did not have this problem.

I have a brand new Macbook Air running 12.5 OS and have reinstalled Firefox which means I should have the latest version (103.0.1) but some YouTube videos do not play (this happened when it was running 103.0 Firefox but did not resolve after updating). It's currently happening with this one, for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQqTN4Tz-r4

The same videos play on my older Macbook Air without doing this white circle cycling thing but not playing as is happening on my new laptop, so it's not a wireless issue. I have cleared my cache but it is not helping. Sometimes that helps but often not, as in the case above. Additionally, I have to clear my cache every other day or so, which is very unusual and inconsistent with my older Macbook Air which is running 10.12.6 OS and 103.0 Firefox. Clearly something is different with the new laptop but it's only with Firefox and not with Chrome.

Somehow the print image settings get mixed up in the browser. When I print from Preview or anything else on my mac, it comes out fine. It seems like the problem is only in Firefox.

The problem is the print preview is different than what actually prints. In the preview, the images are what they need to be but when they print, they are enlarged within the original image size. It seems like a zoom issue or expansion problem. I cannot figure out where to find how to fix this issue. Any help will be much appreciated.

I have noticed a weird window when I right-click on the firefox icon, it seems to be the help site for an app I have recently began using (TaskHeat from Eyen), but when I click on it no window actually appears, and nothing shows when I select "show all windows".

When I click "new window" I am able to open a firefox window, but it still shows the other weird window when I check in "window" on the taskbar, or right click the firefox icon. It just feels really suspicious that it's just sat there and that windows won't load unless I select new window.

I have tried lots of things- force quit, zoom, changing resolution settings, uninstalling and re-installing firefox, logging out and back in, updating software; but none of them have worked. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Since updating to the latest Firefox (102.0.1 ) I am no longer able to download any attachments from my email account when I use Firefox. I have to go to Safari and open my email there and download my attachments there. Or I have to forward the email to a different email account, not through a browser (to my IMac Mail account) to download the attachments.

If a solution cannot be found for this, I will have to discontinue using Firefox.

Thank you for your help.

- Marquis has colonised my search page. - I used to be able to get rid of it temporarily by going into troubleshoot mode and going through that whole process twice - oddly, it never worked first time. - Now that doesn't work. - I can only get to my DuckDuckGo homepage via my bookmarks, which means I can't have more than one page open at a time. Firefox opens by default in Marquis. - I downloaded paid-for antivirus software with no results, so I'm reluctant to get anything else unless I'm sure it will work. - I notice that several people on this thread and elsewhere have reported this intrusion. - Does anyone know what to do about it??

Trying to login to update one of my many published Firefox plugins. It won't take any code from Google Authenticator (Firefox channel), and it won't take any of my saved recovery codes for Firefox. What's going on? I can't even get any support or ask a question from that account.

BTW, the email for the account in question is [edited email from public] @gmail.com

Of course, I can leave the plugins unsupported, but I don't think that's what you want. Any help will be welcome.
