Firefox is my browser of choice. For the most part, it works great. In fact, the only issue I've ever had with it is one website in particular not loading. Unfortunately, that website is the site that I use to check my schedule for work, so it not working is kind of a big deal to me. On occasion, it simply will not load. Frankly, that is not a big deal. I can always check back later, when it might work. However, on Firefox, even when the site does load, certain elements do not load. For example, there is a built in tool that includes company updates, scheduling info, et cetera. While it consistently loads perfectly in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, it appears only as a white box in Firefox that occupies the same space but cannot be interacted with. I have tried easing up privacy settings for that website to no avail. I looked to see if there was a javascript option I could toggle, but I could not find it and I am not sure that is the issue anyway. The site is feed.kroger.com, although the authentication page occupies a different URL. Other Kroger family websites have worked without trouble; this is the only one that acts buggy.

Since a short while Firefox seems to stop displaying certain pages on news outlets like e.g. BBC, CNN or FAZ (German newspaper). When the link is clicked the page is displayed first for a short moment then the screen turns blank. On a refresh the page is shown again for a moment only to disappear again. It does not pertain to all pages on the sites, only to specific ones. Odd is too that sometimes third party adds are shown but not the main content of the page itself. It is also noteworthy that this is only happening with news related websites others seem to work normal. This is relatively new. I cannot pin it exactly on a certain time but just about less than 4 weeks ago that problem was not there. Could the issue be related to a recent Firefox update? Do I need to change something in the settings? I would be thankful for feedback. Thank you. JM

Hello there. I've had this problem on 98, 99 and now 99.0.1

Whenever I am on youtube and click on a video, the video will play just fine. However, if I open a video in a new tab or I open a video from something like reddit or discord into a new tab, I get "a playback error occurred. Please try again later. I can recreate the problem very easily. For example, I just went to the homepage and clicked on a random video.

It played just fine, but if I open a video from the suggested videos into a new tab, I get the error. If I click on the same video in the original tab, it plays just fine. Only if I open it in a new tab does it get angry.

Now the interesting thing is, this happens randomly. it does not happen with all videos. If I didn't already watch a video on youtube and open a video from discord or reddit etc, the video is hit or miss whether it will work or not.

Restarting Firefox doesn't help as I can recreate the problem and the problem also occurs in Firefox Safe mode. I don't remember having this problem before version 98.

When using Google Meet, you are given the option to share your screen — either the entire screen, or a specific Firefox window.

I've noticed, however, that no matter what Firefox window is used, if you access an extension that creates a pop-up dialog, such as the Container selection button from Conex, the uBlock origin settings popup for each webpage, or a password manager pop-up such as Bitwarden, those popups will appear on the shared window, even if you decide to do this from another Firefox window altogether.

This is a major security concern for me, as I've had circumstances where the password entry window for Bitwarden will appear on any window, even if I open the extension pop-up from a window not being shared to Google Meet. I'm not sure where to submit this issue, so I'm starting from the Mozilla support page and going from there. Would appreciate anyone's help on getting this issue resolved. Thank you.

I recently bought a new computer will W11. I've set FF as the default browser and email provider- at least, I thought so. Let me explain. Whenever I get an attachment It keeps asking me what do I want to use to open it. You will see from the screen shot FF is the default provider. I also checked W11 default apps and FF is set as the default mail provider. So I'm confused as to why it keeps asking me what provider I should use. I would appreciate anyone's comments. Thanks

Since 10 days Firefox regularly does not connect to the internet while internet connection is fine. "Try now" sentence does not help. I have to close and reopen Firefox to be connected again. What is wrong? I never this problem before.

not able to sign in on my account or track packages on FEDEX website. I talked with FEDEX and they say to try another browser and when I do the site works. I have tried taking off enhanced tracking and restarting in safe mode I cleared cookies and all. Is there a fix for this?

Please allow for my Emails to be delivered. Many for the last few days are returning as Failed Delivery! I use PoBox ([edited email from public] @pobox.com) to stop Hackers. That email address then send my emails to my [edited email from public] @gmail.com Why has this become a problem? Whoever changed this in my Gmail needs to be Fired !!

I download csv files and can't get excell to open them automatically as it usually does, after updating Firefox. I can't fix in "Applications" under General Settings.

I have a Discover account and I am receiving their emails in my Trash instead of my Inbox. This happened several times today. I also have them in my Contacts. Their email address is: discover @ services.discover.com

What do I need to do to correct this?

This came right out of nowhere. I've been using Firefox for everything, including amazon, for years. I have latest Firefox updates.

Amazon suddenly began exhibiting a problem listing orders a couple of days ago (2022.04.11). The image blinks and appears to reset, ad nausea, making a critical feature of Amazon unusable.

Though I don't like using it, Chrome has no such problem. Figures.

I have run the "lose all extensions and add-ons" diagnostic option, but the same thing persists.

Am I alone in this? Or could it be something new for most or all Amazon users? Nothing shows up in Help searches, so I have a feeling there's just something about my Windows configuration Firefox and this critical part of Amazon's site just don't like.

(I created a 134K JPEG and attempted to upload it, but your uploader spun for over a half hour while displaying "Uploading "Firefox Amazon Order listing fail.jpg"...", I'm not sure if it ever came through). Again, figures.

I was living on the edge of my computers memory so that if I opened too many tabs FF would crash, (Almost certainly my fault) but there was always the option to "Restore Previous session," which covered my over extension of the open windows and the open tabs. Microsoft upgraded and afterwords the browser wouldn't restore the previous session. I had checked under History>Restore... but that option isn't there now

I do not want Firefox to automatically download the PDF before I preview it I went to the application setting for PDF download and it does not give the option to preview before downloading. Even when I view a PDF in my email Firefox automatically downloads it.

How do I stop this from happening, do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

The PDF (application/force-download) and PDF (application/pdf) and PDF (application/x-download) will not change from "always ask" I upload the image below

When on Newegg.com a New page on ALWAYS jumps to bottom--ANNOYING !! This action happens EVERY time !! It's because, at the bottom of EVERY page there is an entry to enter my email address for advertising -- and Firefox AUTOMATICALLY jumps down to the bottom of that page FORCING ATTENTION to make me enter my email address which I have done many times !!!

BUT, on the suggestion from Newegg, I tried Chrome (browser) and went to Newegg and clicked around many new pages and this problem (of the focus and page dropping down to the MORE .. Enter Email Address [near the bottom]) did NOT happen --- This problem only happens EVERY TIME on Firefox ver 99.0.1 64-bit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, Really, This is ANNOYING.  Believe me.

P.S. This problem happens on both my laptops, a $3,000 ASUS and a $2,800 Gigabyte when on a Newegg webpage.

Therefore as of now have to login with different Browser. Keep me posted for Viable Solution. Else have to keep using different Browser. Thanks Atul

Firefox doesn't save or auto fill credit card details. It is really annoying and I am considering changing back to chrome because of it. I've tried all the remedies I found to solve this. If I go to Settings>Privacy and Security, there is no block that says "Auto fill forms" or anything like that, where supposedly I could enable this. I also went to about:config, and made sure `extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available` and `extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled` are `true`. See below for full specification of anything with "credit" in about:config, and below that, anything with "formautofill". I'm using firefox 99.0

I have firefox synched between my Macbook (MacOS Monterey) and Android phone. Previous details are from the macbook. On android, I could manually add a credit card to firefox. I also have synch of credit cards turned on. Still neither on my phone nor my macbook do I get creditcard autofill working.

I'm experiencing this weird problem since yesterday. Normally, when I want to print a ticket, first it opens in a pdf viewer (it's an .aspx file), I check and confirm that the document displays properly and when I click print button, the same document still displays the same way and it prints normally, everything works fine. Since yesterday, I get my text rotated in printer preview and it gets printed rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Everything in printer settings is double-checked and hasn't been changed in a while now. It happens in every computer I start my web-app (it doesn't matter which printer is attached). There are pictures bellow: 1. pdf preview (as it should be) and 2. rotated document when I press print button. Is this a bug, can this be fixed somehow, it's super important to me?

App is used only in Firefox, correct orientation is Portrait.
