Hi!

I had two Firefox windows open at the same time, one with a lot of tabs open in it, and one with only a few open. I was going to close firefox in order to restart the computer, and closed the window with many tabs in it first, and then I closed the window with only a few tabs in it. The next time I started Firefox, only the window with a few tabs in it loaded, and not the other window in which I had the vast majority of all opened tabs. And I can't find any way to restore the tabs from the other window either. I have looked under the History menu, but I don't see any option to restore a previous session there, so I'm guessing that Firefox thinks that it already has restored the previous session when I opened it up again.

So, how can I restore the tabs I had in the other window, with a lot of tabs opened?

I have firefox as browser on my PC, I am trying to leave reviews on a couple items and each time it doesn't let me saying "Please disable any ad blockers, which can prevent successful review submission.".

I am not great with computers, so please be very detailed in how to get it to allow me to review.

I am unable to remember my Firefox account password after re imaging my computer. Fortunately, I did create and save my recovery keys.

I've reviewed the following article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-firefox-account-password-recovery-keys

However, when I click the pass reset link in the email as dictated in step 2 under the 'Reset your password with your recovery keys' section, I do not see any fields to enter my recovery key as highlighted in step 3. I haven't taken this step yet because I do not want to lose my password and bookmark information associated to my account.

Can you please confirm how to utilize my recovery codes?

I haven't deleted my browsing history since 2021 September, but I wish to restore browsing history from 2021Jan-2021Sep for some reasons.

I am using mac, latest version of macOS and latest version of firefox. I have read some similar articles (https://support.mozilla.org/fy-NL/questions/1290163) but it doesn't help. It says I need to go through "Start" > "Search" > "Tools" > "Folder Options." . I cannot find folder options, and I cannot find index.dat inside my mac. What can I do ? Any help is appreciated.

I can't find the menu that allows me to view my saved logins so I can retrieve a password I need to use on another device. I'm on a Mac, and directions I found say to tap "Menu," which I don't see. When I click on Preferences and go to Privacy and Security, I can see a lot of settings, but I see no option to view saved logins. How can I see my stored passwords?

I use Firefox a lot, and a couple of months ago, it started duplicating images whenever I ctrl-v'd the images into discord. Since then, I've completely reinstalled firefox several times, with no addons-I also tried the beta and nightly versions, and even Waterfox, and still run into this problem. It seems to be an issue that strikes a lot of firefox users, and I haven't been able to find a fix yet.

In short: copy image paste image into discord (it doesn't matter if it's ctrl-v or right click paste) two images are attached to the message instead of one

This only happens to some images, mainly .pngs. I have no idea what is causing this problem and I would appreciate some kind of fix.

firefox does not send forgot password email links from website www.kijiji.ca I contacted Kijiji this morning & this I was told has been not working for months on their site. When will this be corrected? Thank you in advance

In the last few weeks I've encountered two sites from which I can't properly print documents because (1) the choice to print portrait or landscape is missing from the printing selections screen at the right and only landscape will print (both cases were documents that I definitely needed to print in portrait mode), and (2) text that prints is too small to read without difficulty (and increasing the scale on the printing selections screen caused some text on the right to vanish).

(Sorry, but I can't provide screen prints here because both contained personal information. However, one of the sites was a display of eBay purchases, so I suspect some other people might have encountered this same problem.)

Hi there. After updating Firefox , as requested just after purchasing a film on Amazon Prime, I found that i cannot play videos on Prime, despite repeated manual updates and reboots. Please advise. Thank you.

I have tried all three methods mentioned on this webpage for removing one URL but it doesn't work: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions

Particularly, when I try the 'Clear all items for a single site' method, the URL I want to remove from the browser's history does not show up in the search box in the History Library. However, when I start typing the URL in the address bar, the browser still suggests that URL.

What should I do to remove this URL so that it does not show up suggestions on the address bar?

I really, really need something to increase the size of all the icons in the toolbar. The size of the text is fine, but surprisingly the size of the icons is ridiculously small.

This thread does not help me, because for some reason the value '1.5' decreases the size, and the value '2' makes no difference at all.

Whenever I access a website, it locates me in Canada. This has been going on for a few months. I've tried to fix it - have browsed and googled to no avail. Even Firefox thinks I am in Canada. How did this happen? How can I fix it?

When I print a page it only prints in black. I just downloaded windows 11 seems to have changed since then I think. When print page comes up the Color mode tab is greyed out to Black and white cant change to color. It always worked before
