Hi, there are certain extensions which will not pin to the toolbar, including (for example) google translate. I have tried refreshing, clearing the cache, deleting and reloading, all to no avail.

I am getting errors from online web forms that tell me I must have JavaScript enabled to continue, but when I check about:config, it shows Enable JavaScript to be True?? Is there some reason why this may happen, or do I just need to use a better browser?? Thanks in advance!!

How do I increase the font size of the header? It doesn't change when I increase the size of the page display. All I can find on here is archived information that doesn't help with the problem.

How to Clear Autofill list with website forms ?

The option should be under, Menu -> Privacy and Security. But it is not. Clear history does not work.

Deleting individual form entries
 If you want to remove one of your previous form entries from Firefox's history: 
 Click on the form field and press the ↓ key to display all the saved entries. You may type the first few   
 letters of the entry to limit the number of entries displayed. 
 Use the ↓ key or the mouse pointer to highlight the entry you wish to delete. 
 Press Delete. The entry will be removed. 
 Repeat the process for each entry that you'd like to delete. 

Thus, Firefox with your next update please add the ability to clear Autofill with website forms.

Firefox has my credit card information and it shows up in a window when I go to pay for something, but when I click on the credit card I want to pay with, it won't autofill. In Settings, the box to autofill is checked. This has worked a hundred times before, but stopped working a few months ago. How do I get the autofill to start working again?

I recently got onto Firefox but I have been running into the following error when I try to search on google or log into gmail.

SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_UNEXPECTED_ALERT

Sometimes google works, and other times it doesn't. It's really hit or miss and I am not sure what to do. I noticed other people have had this same issue and I find the solutions do not work. When i wait a while, the problem seems to go away, but it will come back randomly.

Has anyone run into this recently and found a resolution? I find it very annoying to have to use Chrome when this happens. Please help.

I would like to contact Firefox support, but the best I found on the official site is this "ask the community" thing. Is there a support e-mail or a well hidden web form that I missed?

When I go to https://www.mozilla.org/ and sign into the home page, I cannot find the Icon for "Sign In/Sign Up" to allow me to navigate to my Firefox Account and Sign In. This make it a real pain in the ass to check what my subscriptions are, what my Profile says, or to check anything else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never seen a website that is so disorganized.

I had to

1) Sign in to Mozilla by typing https://www.mozilla.org/

2) Go down the home page to Contact Us.

3) The go to Support and find "Sign In/Sign Up"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This just to sign into Mozilla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A second problem unrelated to your screwed up sign in to my account, is that while I can see that I have subscribed to your VPN, I cannot find the big ball with "VPN is On/ VPN is Off" to sign into the VPN.

Hello All:

I want to import my bookmarks from Safari to Firefox but strange things are happening.

I go to the File menu, scroll down to "Import From Another Browser" and select "Safari."

I click OK and Firefox works for a while and then says it's done with the import.

However, when I then go to "Manage Bookmarks" in Firefox I can't find any of the folders from Safari!

The weird thing is, those bookmarks are SOMEWHERE in Firefox, because when I search for a particular bookmark which I know was originally in Safari but NOT Firefox (some rather obscure website) IT DOES APPEAR IN THE FIREFOX SEARCH!

I've done this with about 10 websites, so I know they exist somewhere in Firefox.

But none of the folders where they originally resided in Safari seem to appear in Firefox. The only way I seem to be able to access those bookmarks is to go to the Search bar and search for them.

Does anyone have any thoughts about how I can find the folders imported from Safari?

Is there a way to save a session or your set of tabs? My "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked on. But occasionally the app will erase the tabs when you've relaunched or quit the app. Such an easy request for Mozilla never to implement into the feature of this web browser.

Hi, When I open the computer I usually click on "Restor Session" and all the tabs I had open are installed automatically. Today when I wanted to open all the tabs again, I couldn't click on "restor Session", the link was not blue as usual, it was kind of erased blue and I can't click on it. I can't reinstall anything I had open. Is there a solution to reinstall the sessions I had open? Some I saved in bookmarks but not all. I look forward to answers!

Firefox 94.0 crashes on startup, see for ex bp-3c45baeb-9cc8-4b9b-aedc-0a5030211105. It starts with -safe-mode but not if I disable all extensions. Ubuntu 20.04 on 10 year old Dell T3400.
