I've had recent security issues and have had a couple actual breaches. Having two accounts so similar to one another caused some unnecessary confusion during a panicked burst of changing passwords. Can we merge them?

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.healthpartners.com. Certificate path length constraint is invalid.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_PATH_LEN_CONSTRAINT_INVALID

This seems to be caused by Firefox. I don't have this problem with Edge, Chrome or Opera

My "recovery.jsonlz4" file from a previous install will not reopen my previous session (tabs) after the new installation.

Before deleting my previous installation of Firefox (for a clean install), I did two things: I created a restore point, and I did a backup of my old data.

The data consists of: bookmarks-2024-05-10.json

These folders: C:\Users\[machinename]\AppData\Local C:\Users\[machinename]\AppData\Roaming C:\Computer Files\Mozilla Firefox\distribution C:\Program Data\Mozilla-1de4eexxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

Within "Roaming" I have Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default-release\sessionstore-backups

In that sessionstore-backup, I have a "recovery.baklz4" (most recent session, I'm guessing) and three others that look like "upgrade.jsonlz4-2024xxxxxxxxxxx

With Firefox closed, I took a copy of "recovery.baklz4" (745 KB) and pasted it into the current sessionstore-backups file, then I changed the file to "recovery.jsonlz4".

I thought that when I reopened Firefox, my previous tabs would appear. They didn't. So, I went to the menu, then to History, and clicked on Recover Previous Session. That didn't do anything either. And it reduced the size of the *.jsonlz4 file from 745 KB to 6 KB.

I'm not sure what I've done wrong. Can you help me out?

I am trying to get to the "clear cookies and Caches" which should be under Privacy & Security.

When I go to preferences, i can move to Privacy & Security or the other headings, but I cannot scroll down any of the pages under the headings. When I am on the Privacy & Security page the scroll down arrow takes me to Sync heading etc.

How do I fix this? I am having to go to the cookies to clean up as I am having another scroll down issue with an app that is important to me. In that I cannot scroll down a list as the dark side bar flicks on and off immediately.

I am on a MacBook Air.

I have always been a Firefox user and all of a sudden I cannot get into my MS 365 Sharepoint if I am using Firefox, if I use Edge I can get into the accounts.

I want to use Firefox not big commercial browsers.

Hotmail (Outlook) search function has not been working for months. I signed in using Chrome and no problem.

I realized search in my hotmail account was not working maybe 6 months ago and I've been finding ways to work around it, but today, i got upset and tried to figure out what was wrong. I signed out and signed in. I googled what to do, updated Firefox, to no avail. Then I read to try another browser. Chrome worked fine for outlook/hotmail search function.

I need this search function. I prefer Firefox. let me know if it can be fixed?

Always shows "Failed to check for updates" On version 125.0.3 and still says needs to be updated. Then just run the install again and then it stops for a bit still on same version and then shows up needing update...been doing the same thing for a while now.

I have about 30 bookmarks on Firefox I use all of them on a daily basis. When I opened my Mac today, it had different wallpaper on the screen. I could not find Firefox on my dashboard at all. I had to pull it from my launchpad app. Please help my... I'm desperate !! Kenneth Mee (medic1464@aol.com)

Just a short time ago Version 125.0.3 downloaded. Since then I cannot open Youtube without it crashing. When I ask it to restore the tab (one of 2 choices offered, it crashes again. After 4 or 5 times I close the tab and switch to another browser. I shut off the one extension I had running. That fixed nothing. I looks like my 2019 iMac is too old and I need to go back to an earlier version.

So on my Legion laptop, Windows 11 Home, the bookmarks keep rearranging themselves, iv also noticed A LOT of duplicates and folders which I did not add. I rebooted the laptop then tried scanning the it with WindowsDefender and Malwarebytes, and refreshing the application. On my desktop which is synced, there is no issue. I thought I was seeing things at first until I focused right on the bookmark tool bar and every 10-20 seconds one will just pop into a new position. Will a fresh install work? That's my next step, but wanted to see if there is a better solution.

Etrade page but when I then click on anything else all I get is the hour glass which does not go away.  This is ANY other page I try to go to in Etrade.

I go to Edge and have no problems but I have used FF for many years and would like to continue doing so.

Hello there, since of late when I try to Google search something through Firefox browser I always get this message: ".....Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot...." So I did the test which took me through millions of tests, and finally gave me the search results. I though this was occasional one off thing but to my horror, no! It does always request CAPTCHA test now. I wonder whether Google doing this purposely to discourage Firefox engine search use and encourage to use Chrome instead - which I found no issues with at all! I use VPN of course but how come Chrome does not bar me while VPN is on? Anybody else found this issue? Thank you!

Hello firefox, I have been using Google Sheets recently. When I use the mouse wheel on Google Sheets, the screen will not scroll bit by bit, but suddenly the scroll will go to the bottom and right.

The above New Zealand organization is recommending users to use any other browser than Mozilla Firefox. I have used Firefox for many years on their website and about two months ago it comes up with a recommendation to use another browser because Mozilla Firefox will no longer work on their NZ woke/local wank website. I contacted them to ask what the problem was and instead of answering the question they just repeated the message to change browser. I'm sure these local idiots are just being lazy/stupid so I'd like Mozilla to stick a rocket up their dumb-asses. As these twats are the local government lotteries commission I cannot partake of their monopoly online as they won't allow my browser. Please can Mozilla/community help? How do I print a document from email, without the sidebar showing? It doesn't show up on the copy but it moves the document way over to the right with only 1/2 of it showing. I'm Electronically Challenged, Electronically Illiterate, please reply in simple English as I'm living proof that you cannot teach an old dog new tricks! Thank you
