I attached a screenshot of what appears whenever I click anywhere around any text. It acts like it's a place that I could type. Obviously not something that breaks the app, but incredibly annoying. Also only happens on Firefox.

What would I have to do to get this to stop? It surely can't be an intended interaction.

Trying to sync between my PC and my iphone. Every time I've attempted it I've gotten this type of error report. And when I press sync on my iphone it tells me that sync is offline. I've logged out and back in a few times on both devices and I've also tried turning sync on and off again and it's not working. Tried syncing again and it didn't show up on my other pc either.

I now get a popup window, which tells me that I'm trying to open a "application/octet-stream (377 bytes)" and gives me the option of "open with" or "save file".

I don't want to do either, just view the page as before.

youtube audio library is not working in this mozilla firefox. When I play an aduio from youtube audio library , they show me a message which is (Audio track is unavailable). Other audio and YouTube video is woking perfectly. Please solve this issues.

I have been using Firefox for many years and I have never had problems, until now, out of nowhere Firefox closes and the little window opens that the report is being sent to Firefox, but I can no longer restart or open Firefox, until I reset the computer, This can happen one, two, three and even four times a day, making it very uncomfortable to reset the computer.

I have already tried many ways to solve the problem, from completely uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it, I use very few extensions, I already disabled WebGL and also disabled hardware acceleration, nothing has worked, when Firefox closes, I cannot open Firefox Developer either and That browser was not even open at the time of the failure with Firefox.

When I start typing my cursor disappears. It does not reappear until I've clicked a few times or wiggled my mouse a lot. This is quite an inconvenience, and I've tried to find a solution for far too long now. This also does not seem to affect any other application other than Firefox.

I have set both widget.windows.hide_cursor_when_typing=false and hideCursorWhileTyping=false I have also verified that there are no OS-level options set for this behavior, although I feel the above settings should override OS settings.

Is it possible to combine history/bookmark files? Firefox has truncated my "History" to 15 days and the only option I see to get elder entries is to combine a backupped history file with the current one. An easy-to-use tool for this task would be welcome. I did not change my config options after the update to 121.0.1 (64-Bit) (Windows 10pro) but I think I had the total history (from years) before the update. I loaded the postcode lottery website but it's completely blurred. I last checked the same website last month, and it worked fine. I have cleared the cookies from Firefox, but the result is the same. It appears clear for a moment, then blurs. No pop-ups asking to accept cookies. It works fine using Chrome. Any idea why Firefox won't display it properly? It loads the National Lottery website, so it's not about gambling sites I guess.

in chrome when you drag a tab out to open it in another window it automatically goes to a smaller window, firefox always copys what size the window was when you dragged it out. so when the window is maximised it will always open a new maximised window.

So my question is, when dragging a tab to open it in a new window is there a way to stop it from copying the size of the window you dragged it?

Using Firefox View, I am unable to view my tabs from other devices after setting up Sync. It is saying Check your internet connection. If you’re using a firewall or proxy, check that Firefox has permission to access the web. as if I don't have a correctly configured connection. However I indeed do and am able to browse the web without any issues. I should mention that I'm running the latest stable flatpak and I'm wondering if this could be related but I have no idea how to manipulate the flatpak to make this work.

After the last update, my add-ons overflow menu no longer works from the puzzle icon. It won't expand completely and you can't scroll down, therefore, I can't add or remove add-ons to the bar. See Image.

No matter what I do FF always opens to the "Success!" screen and wants me to choose what tabs to restore. I have done troubleshooting mode, clean mode, refresh and complete uninstall and reinstall. Nothing works.

In the last few days whenever I download a PDF file instead of it being displayed in my default PDF read Firefox (version 121.0.1) takes over and displays the contents of the file. I do not want this, I prefer my PDF reader! How do I stop Firefox trying to take over this function? (other than converting to Chrome)
