Hi. Everytime I'm looking for something on Google, my search is automatically redrressed to the Bing page through "clickcrystal.com". I cancelled Bing as a search engine from the Firefox list but I can't find "clickcrystal.com". I think it's a sort of malware. I also tried to find it through "CleanmyMac" but no results.

Can someone help me please?

hi, well I deleted and distrusted a certificate. now I'm trying to import the same certificate but it doesn't work. when i add the certificate i does not show anything on the certs list.

I use Firefox personally and for business. I use a lot of very useful extensions and like many users I customize my experience. I have found that the number of extensions I use every day is larger then can be shown on the extension toolbar. I am aware that clicking on the "jigsaw" icon will open up all the extensions, however this is not practical and wastes a lot of time. I would like to substantially reduce the size of the search box and increase the available size for my extensions to be in one click territory on the toolbar, how do I best achieve that please?

I keep getting a 403 error message when trying to access the British Airways website. This is the first time I have encountered this, although it is perhaps 3 years since I last flew BA. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have also tried to access the same ba.com site using Edge - with the same error message. This suggests that the problem may lie with BA. However, they have no technical support that I can reach. So I do not know what to do next. I use Kaspersky anti-virus and Malwarebytes to screen for malware. I have two PCs, both running the same versions of Firefox for years. A little over a year ago, after an update, a new "Private" icon appeared in my taskbar in addition to the normal Firefox icon on one of my machines, but not the other one. This presented, and functioned as two different, independent browser applications; I could just click on the private browser icon to open the private browser without opening the "regular" Firefox. I don't know where this came from, but I like it... but it never changed on my other PC, and I can't find how to apply it; is there a setting or something I'm missing? Why did it happen automatically on one machine, but not the other?

Tabs always start in mute mode. I can turn it on by pressing speaker logo in the tab. The problem is when I shift to a new tab, the previous tab mutes automatically. For example: I listen to YouTube music and want to check my mail. When I shift focus to the new tab the first mutes it self. Any suggestions please. Sincerely Oscar.

Ever since about a week ago, my Firefox just started... bugging. Twitch doesn't work, now Netflix doesn't work, basically anything that plays videos (except for YouTube) doesn't seem to be working.

On Twitch, if a person is live and streaming, upon clicking their stream to view it, it's suddenly offline, even if the chat is going and the "this person is live" notification is there. Netflix gives me a f7351 error. Websites with online media (like free movies on putlocker) have multiple streaming services attached and neither of them works.

I've cleared all cookies, cache, data and history.

This is only concerning Firefox, other web browsers work perfectly.

Extensions on my Firefox are as follows: BetterTTV, Dark Mode, DocsAfterDark, Facebook Container, FrankerFaceZ, I don't care about cookies, Instagram Dark Theme, New XKit, TinEye, Tumblr Saviour. No adblocks, no nothing.

My operating system is Windows 10, 64bit, Firefox is updated to 119.0.1.

Any help would be appreciated as this has been the bane of my existence for a while.

For whatever reason the Picture-in-Picture button keeps not showing up in normal places like Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. I can make it come back by going to the Settings turning off the Picture-in-Picture option (Which is always still active) refreshing the settings then going back to Picture-in-Picture and turning it back on and then finally refreshing the video I was trying to use, but this is kind of a lot to have to do every time it happens and it seems to be happening more and more, so I'd like to fix the root cause instead if possible. Any ideas?

Hello, I recently used my MacBook Air to connect with a projector for a classroom presentation. The presentation was using Google Slides. I adjusted the settings to optimize the presentation--setting the navigation and bookmarks bars to hide when in full screen.

I normally use my Firefox browser in full screen mode, but have the navigation bar and tool bar visible.

I cannot figure out how to undo what I did so that my navigation bar and toolbar are visible again when I am in full screen mode. Indeed, when I move the pointer to the top of the screen to make the navigation bar and toolbar visible, I cannot move the pointer back to the navigation bar or toolbar without it disappearing again. Essentially, I need to undo full screen mode.

I decided to migrate from chrome to firefox, sadly, my experience has been faced with random slow downs or partial loads even on a fresh install. It's weird but it seems that at random times some websites will refuse to fully load or even start loading, it appears that the app is just hanging. This is usually fixed after several refreshes. Oddly enough, even on a fresh install, if I attempt to load up the same website while in private browsing, it loads right away, again this is consistent even on a fresh install, the attached image was an attempt to load youtube after signing in on a fresh install without add-ons, I tried loading up youtube in private and it worked right away. Chrome wasn't presenting this problem on my computer for years. Any ideas? My computer specs are high enough where they shouldn't matter. I'm running an AMD GPU (7900 XTX) but I haven't found any know issues regarding these, to even discard that, I disabled hardware acceleration, but the issue persisted. Running up to date windows 10, installing latest version of firefox.

Hello. Whenever that blue broader on the new tab appears, it doesn't let me type on my keyboard and doesn't let me switch to a different tab and open my folder on the desktop whenever I press my keyboard. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I've notice FF in the past month has stooped maintaining scroll position upon refreshing. It was working perfectly until recently. maintain scroll position upon refreshing is a key feature to my work. Please help!

Greetings, for some reason lately over the last couple weeks I have noticed that when I open a link to a site that I've had in my bookmarks for years it now opens that link or that page and then within a couple seconds another tab will open for advertisement or possibly even the duplication of the originally called upon link in the previous tab. I would like to stop these additional tabs from opening automatically without my request.

I have macbook. When I open a puzzle e.g. sudoku, the puzzle costantly jiggles about (which I have video of). When same puzzle is opened in PC, ipad or Safari this doesn't happen. Why?

Hello, I've got a reproduction issue on France TV live programs which I watch through nordvpn. The picture keeps "jumping" fast up and down in a very bothering way. This doesn't happen when the video is NOT live. I run the latest version of LINUX MINT. What can I do to fix it? The only way I found to stop the issue is to take down the resolution of the live video to its minimum which gives me a disastrous picture but stops the "jumping". I guess you might say there is something wrong with my GPU. The point is that my PC is brand new with an AMD 5600G, new MB, 16Gb of RAM and 500w of PSU. BUT more than anything I have to say that everything WORKS FINE with CHROME. I like FIREFOX I have been using it literally for decades now. (I'm 75). Is there a solution? Good evening, I have a problem with the display of bold text on the Wordpress site editor.

I have already contacted the Wordpress experts and we have noticed that the problem does not exist with other browsers and does not depend on the brand of the PC, given that we have tried with different PCs and with different operating systems (Mac and Windows).

The problem really comes from the browser.

How can I solve it?

To identify myself I had to scan a qr code on a website using my phone. This used to work in firefox but it doesn't anymore. It still works in edge. I'm using firefox 119.0.1 x64 on windows 11 home 22H2. How can I fix this?
