My friend has been having issues with her account after getting a new PC. She is looking for a Mozilla support phone number or email, and has asked me to post on the forum. We've been through the self help portal and looked around all over the contact page. Any pointers are appreciated.

I use Firefox almost exclusively. After opening a link from an email for a digital magazine download, the form necessary to complete the download does not appear in Firefox, but it will appear if I do the same in Chrome. Images attached.

Is there a setting that is affecdting this?

Hi there! I can't clear my cache. I go to Preferences > Privacy & Security > Clear Data... but my recent URLs always still show up under History (see image). Please advise! Thanks

HI! I am a Firefox user for many years, but I am encountering now problems I never had. First, before the opening of an address I get a message "Transferring data from assets.adobedtm.com" and it takes a while before I access the site. Problem 2: in Firefox settings I see a message: "your browser is being managed by your organization" But I do not belong to any organization!!! Furthermore I see a link to "ImportEnterpriseRoots" classified as "active" and "true". What the hell is this? I hope you can help solve those problems. In the meantime I will use Edge... Firefox is NOT importing my Safari passwords, even when using a .csv file and the advanced settings method -- about:config signon.management.page.fileImport.enabled

I tried several times but the logins listed in Firefox never reflect any change whatsoever. I have no idea what is going wrong because I follow all the steps everytime. I restarted Firefox even thinking that it would show up after refreshing, but no.

Any more suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

My Manjaro is XFCE Desktop. Firefox Netflix subtitles were extremely small (unreadable). I just inserted a different desktop "Gnome" on the same Manjaro installation. It is the same Manjaro installation on the same computer but a different desktop I was playing with and I can switch between desktops. The problem disappeared with the Gnome desktop. Going back to the XFCE desktop the problem was still there. I never came across the relationship of the desktop to this problem in my readings. With Google Chrome on the XFCE the subtitles were readable. This is not a problem for me since I could use Google Chrome even though Firefox is my Browser of choice. For some things I must use Google Chrome like my US Army retired finance because Firefox is not recommended and doesn't work right. I do not like that the email address needs to be signed into to change things on Google chrome. On Firefox I just have to establish a local password. I am providing this for your information because I am able to use the computer to watch Netflix on my Manjaro XFCE setup. This information may help someone to find a solution if they are interested. I am going to have to see if there is some package that I can add to XFCE to correct the problem.

Mozilla opens a random page without me doing anything. Page doesnt download all the way because i think ether avast or windows firewall blocks it. Has anyone found a solution to stop this from happening. I have done a deep scan incase of a malware and avast found nothing.

My previous PC failed. On my new PC I cannot find (remember?) my VPN Can you please advise?

'Tried to fix extra large text on windows 11 issue. followed directions on support and went to advanced preferences. Now text is so small I cannot read it. This is on a new computer. Please help Need to get back to the original set up

I was trying to move it and I accidentally deleted it. I would like to reinstall it. I cannot seem to find the right phrase to find it on your sight and do a reinstall. If you would be so kind to point me in the right direction,I would be most grateful. Little updates like this is why I have remained a loyal fan since the Netscape Navigator days.

Hello, i have a problem with my account information. The story is that i reinstall my PC i tried to log in my firefox buy it turns that i forgot my password. So i change it at 12:31 on 1.11.2022. So at first time i didn't saw anything wrong but when i tried to look into one saved password it turned that i do not have any. But on the are there. Can you fix this because all my bookmarks passwords are there for years i have been with this account and i do not want to loose it.

i've been a loyal fan for over 20 years but i just can't comprehend why would ignoring dns settings be a good idea .. i can't even imagine a hypothetical situation when this makes sense.

and now i have to either tolerate edge, chrome or just forget internet which is really hard to do when you work in IT ...

I've finally moved from desire to concept/name for a website I want to start. In the old days I had a couple of different sites through EFF in its infancy when it furnished this service and I knew the administrator personally. I then used a couple of different services such as GoDaddy (have no current domains registered). Can anyone direct me to a) a good place to go, b) where I should be asking this question instead of here  ??

I'm asking here because my computer guru of 30 years (Gale Rhoades) has passed away and I can't ask her anymore. She trusted Mozilla 100%. I am going to need help with docking(?), and with some kind of formatting/template system. The site will be a place for me to share my life hacks as late-life autistic with massive experience in low/cost-effective DIY health, gardening, fermentations, household management, companion animal management, crafty solutions, and all around life hacks, not just for autistics but for anyone. I know this is niche, but I just would like to get my knowledge base out of my head because I really do have a lot to share. If it could possibly generate some right-livelihood inputs that would be great but that's not my main goal. My main goal is I will die and everything I know will be lost, and what I know has been hard won and worth making available. I've worked with computers from the mainframe days, but I've never learned code.

All thoughts welcome on how I might proceed. Again, please direct me to a good place to ask/discuss.
