Hello Mozilla Support,

Since 2 upgrades ago, anytime I try to watch a livestream, my browser slows right down and then crashes.

I don't care why its happening, I just want a definitive fix for the issue.

I'm so aggrieved at this happening constantly, if you cannot provide a firm resolution to this issue, i will simply move to another browser.

I've tried your about:config setting restart to false and other fixes but still keeps happening.

I wish to remove the ugly looking line between my custom home button and the first tab. You can find that on the top left. I already have userChrome.css set up and I found no help on the r/FirefoxCSS subreddit.

For anyone who can be of EXTRA help, I wish to also fully round the search bar in my "about:home" which you can see is underneath the FireFox logo. I want to add my own custom border radius of "2em" and remove the blue outline when selected.

The title describes the problem I'm facing. I don't really use other sites that have videos other than Youtube. But I notice that the videos freeze quite often and audio just continues to play. The videos then unfreeze and skip multiple frames. I've noticed clearing browser cache seems to help but it doesn't help for longer than a 2 min video at best. At worst, it doesn't affect it at all.

why doesn't my theme stay engaged?I have 4 computers and I am constantly having to engage my fav theme on them all all the time.

I feel like I've been seeing people online complaining about this for a couple of years now, and it's shocking to me that I still couldn't find a solution in a thorough google search. Has anyone found a fix for the mandatory restart Firefox now pushes whenever there's an update available? Basically, out of nowhere, the program will refuse to open any new tabs or load any pages, instead giving the error message in the image. A restart is forced, and all private tabs are lost without warning. This is completely unacceptable browser behavior. As far as I know, there is no setting or about:config option that will fix this. Has anyone found a work-around?

I've been a loyal Firefox user for a couple of decades at this point, but this nonsense has me seriously considering switching to something else. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

Windows 10 64bit pc. After factory reset and reinstall of Firefox, 2 extensions are enabled but the menu bar won't allow them. These worked OK before the reset.

Troubleshooting within Firefox won't work because it disables the extensions.

The messages from Extensions say "Can't read and change data on this site" The extensions are enabled (turned on).

The 2 extensions are Malwarebytes Browser Guard and Video DownloadHelper I am using DuckDuckGo as my browser. I tried switching to Google, but same problem.

For ages I've had my tabs automatically restored when opening Firefox. But as of the last few days it won't. The old links are saved so I can restore them one by one through history but that's not automatic. And if I click on restoration in History it will bring up a whole bunch of old tabs not neccessarily from the last session.

I'm on the same computer as I've been for over a year, so I don't know what what the problem is. I've searched on it and tried to re-check the box for this function. But it won't apply...

Yesterday, the pdf document had a time/date stamp for the time and date of printing. Today it is gone. How do I make the printed copy show time/date, website, etc that I am printing the pdf from?

why does firefox open 15 sessions in task manager when i openy have 5 windows open!!

I keep being told on certain websites to turn off my ad blocker. I don't have one. I don't even have one in the Extensions that's disabled. I have no idea how to get past this. What's turned on that I don't know about?

I have a very fast internet connection, 200 mbps and everything else on both my laptop and my mobile phone are working fine but Firefox is very slow. Pages load ok but videos will play for a short time and then freeze never to continue and downloads are painfully slow, 2 to 4 mbps. Edge and Chrome download normally and videos play with no issue. I need this fixed or Firefox is going bye bye!

When I open Firefox on my new computer all the bookmarks are showing at the top. I only want my default bookmark toolbar to show. The only solution I could find was to drag it into the toolbar area.

youtube audio library is not working in this mozilla firefox. When I play an aduio from youtube audio library , they show me a message which is (Audio track is unavailable). Other audio and YouTube video is woking perfectly. Please solve this issues.

I am trying to delete the add on extensions and when I click themes and extensions, manage your add on does not pop up. It is causing problem with trying to download videos with dwhelper because the add on extensions pop up not the video download. Please help. Thanks

I started with Netscape, lived through Mozilla and then been FF ever since. I love it. But increasingly, I am running into problems with using features in many websites.

For instance with Cigna Health, you can't reset your pw and open certain other links. Cigna Support has a simple solution which has always solved my problem: use Chrome or Edge.

B&H Photo Video mostly works but for instance if you are looking at the pictures associated with a product review and try to enlarge them, FF won't do it. Chrome and Edge do it.

I am finding more and more websites that have these glitches. It's almost as if some website designers are not paying any attention to compatibility of their product with FF.

Am I missing something in the config of FF or are these issues real and likely to get worse over time? I am very worried that if it continues that I will get a message like "Many features on this website are not compatible with FireFox."

I am not a programmer but if there is anything I can do to help, I am glad to do so.

As the title says when I am using the video player on Coursera website I am not able to hide the control bar while on fullscreen mode (even if I don t move my mouse for more than 15 seconds). I ve attached a screenshot with the control bar being displayed. (also the captions are overlapping with that control bar) I ve also tried different ways of opening the fullscreen mode (click on the "Full Screen" button or by pressing 'F'). I don t have this problem on websites like YouTube.
