so i reinstalled windows after loosing a HDD. 2 hours later I re-installed FF, logged in......AND imagine my surprise when it doesnt remember anything, no bookmarks, extensions,passwords .....nothing. Its like i just registered. Am I missing something?some setting? cause other browser with accounts remember all that.

I want to get the emails sent to me from comment boards in the NYTimes. But the emails are filtered out as spam. How can I turn that spam filter off for that one source?

how can i change the color of the top of the page on your browser pages. I changed it when you recently sent an email with a window on changing the color. I want to change it back to a different color but can't figure out how to do it

Firefox just "updated" itself for me and I lost almost all of my bookmarks. In addition, I lost the quick access bar that on the previous version had saved the bookmarks that I most frequently used. I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE "UPDATE". YOU JUST MADE MY LIFE HARDER!!!

I stupidly responded to a pop up on my screen that asked me to choose a colour I had no idea it would turn my whole page GREEN

Please I cannot have that - I want to go back to what I had Brand new computer and I don't want this look.

I want my browser window to look like all my other windows. Why did you force these stupid themes on users? Why do developers always want to to tell/force others how they should use their computer?

COLOR CHANGES SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN OPTION, not a mandatory change. Realize YOU do not know how EVERYONE else wants to use their computer or have it look. Like, oh say, STANDARD WINDOWS formatting LIKE ALL MY OTHER WINDOWS. I LIKE IT THAT WAY. I don't care if you think that's boring, its not YOU using the computer.

SO - looking through all the searches MANY ARE REALLY UPSET, and there isn't an answer. SO What is the fix to get rid of the stupid themes? And don;t say "Oh, well maybe you will like nnnnn theme!" I KNOW what theme i want - I want it to match ALL MY OTHER WINDOWS. REALLY simple, yet your developers couldn't figure that out?

Or is only fix finally just switching to using chrome? Is that what you are trying to do?

FIX THIS.

Sometimes the browser comes up with "Access Denied You don't have permission to access www.kroger.com" is the latest example. Once that message comes up nothing I do will get me to the website I want. I have to switch over to Microsoft Edge to continue my browsing.

Recently, I did run an update on my Mozilla Firefox browser but then I noticed that the Amazon search shortcut had changed to Amazon-Fr. It is no longer the Amazon-UK as it used to be and it is impossible to revert it. I followed all the guidelines that your support page has published on your page here [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/assign-shortcuts-search-engines]. This availed to nothing and it was a waste of time. I honestly believe that something is pretty not right with the shortcut assignments. I attach images as evidence to show what I am writing is true.

Can you grant assistance in this matter?

Whenever I receive a software update notice, the browser closes all open links even when I click on Do NOt Update. Today I was researching travel arrangement on a number of sites and all were suddenly closed forcing me to start over with hours of searches. Pissed me off. How do I stop this from happening? If I can't prevent this from happening, will need to cancel use of this browser. Too many disruptions.

I was using Ubuntu before. I was using firefox and i had lots of recorded logins in that browser. I sign in with my current account and i opened sync including the password and login. Recently i changed my distro, i am using Fedora right now. I log in my firefox account, yet my passwords and logins didn't came back.

I just got a new Macbook signed in and forgot my firefox password so then I reset the password, unknowingly lost my bookmarks...Can you help me recover that profile?
