The attached image shows Chrome and Firefox accessing the exact same URL at the exact same time. Chrome is successful, Firefox is not (actually, fails over and over). So . . . wut? Clearly not a network problem, clearly not an accessibility problem, there is no firewall or proxy and Firefox is able to access other sites. Only this one is a problem. At least, so far. Security setting is Standard.

I need to exempt a site from the pop up blocker process. When I go to Privacy & Settings/Manage Exceptions, there is no text box or other way for me to enter the site. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to change some other setting to allow exceptions?

When I click the download button I usually see my recent downloads and click open the file directly from the drop down. After 10-20 downloads are performed the drop down no longer shows my recent files until I restart firefox. I think the issue is once you hit a certain amount of downloads the preview drop down no longer works. Is this a know bug? Its happening on any pc, im on version 104.0.2 (64-bit)

Is there any settings or about:config settings or addons that disable upgrading HTTP to HTTPS for images? I have HTTPS site which redirects from HTTP to HTTPS from server side so I cant visit it on HTTP mode. This HTTPS only site uses external images from HTTP only site that does not speak HTTPS.

Firefox writes in browser console: > Content Security Policy: Upgrading insecure request ‘http://site.com/someimage.jpg’ to use ‘https’

How do I disable this behavior? Any about:config settings or browser addons to get rid of this?

On my Firefox (in Linux, at least), doing Ctrl+H toggles the History sidebar (opening it on the left side, or, hiding the sidebar completely).

How can I disable this?

Get "Access Denied" message with trying to login to my "SamsClub.com/Credit" account. I am able to login to the SamsClub account using Safari, but not when using Firefox. Need assistance to remove the Access Denied Block on the Firefox system.

hello !, I formatted my PC and installed FF after that tried to log in but i forgot my password. so i changed it by using forgot password option. but then all my data(Bookmark , password, history...) didn't show up. i tried downgrading but still nothing. Please is there any way that i could get my former data back?

I am using Firefox and I went to the Autoplay option and selected 'Block Audio And Video.'

1. Is the clip 'still playing' because it is not 'technically' a full video or am I missing a detail?

I have suddenly lost all audio in firefox using youtube. My Audio works fine in windows and i can play and hear all windows sounds, mp3 etc...The audio also works fine in Edge browser and Chrome browser. So it looks like an issue with firefox, The audio is not muted or disabled in any way its just silent when playing back youtube

I've been having trouble with the Primary Password on Firefox for years. Sometimes it didn't ask me for it at all, sometimes randomly after half an hour and now since a year I've been having to type it in three times in total, before Firefox let's me do my thing. What's really weird: The second time the pop-up comes up there are already some characters in the password field and I have to delete them to start typing my Primary Password anew. But lately it always takes three times of typing in the password, until the pop up doesn't come up again. That's stealing a lot of my time and I have no idea what's the reason or what's causing it.

Can anybody help out?

Recently, files that I download from online have been going into Microsoft's very convenient little folder called, "Downloads."  ::: rolls eyes :::

At first, I chalked this up to being distracted and having not chosen the location to where I wanted something downloaded - I have always preferred downloading to a specific location of my choosing. However today, when I went to download a receipt, and thinking about where the best place was to put it, progress for the download was immediately displayed - I was never presented with a window allowing me to navigate to a location.

When it happened the second time, and finding another file I had downloaded a week ago in the "Downloads" folder, I went into settings. I discovered that under DOWNLOADS, in the box, "Save files to:" it has "Downloads." But below that, I have a checkmark beside, "Always ask you where to save files," as I have always done.

I cannot remove "Downloads" from the box. If I clik the "Browse" button next to that box, my only option would be to pick another location, which of course, will simply become another *permanent* download location.

Shouldn't my checkmark by "Always ask" over-ride what's in the "Save files to" box?

How do I fix this?

When I open a PDF from my email, and try to print, the printed page is only showing an enlarged corner of the document. The I am only getting a portion of the image on PDF's I am printing from Quickbooks as well. It seems to happen only on Firefox. Is there a setting I can change or reset? Thank you

Firefox browser occasionally downloads unknown htm files with 0KB size. If I open the file, what I see is just an empty file opened in firefox browser. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening or in what situation this happens. Has anyone heard of or solved this kind of situation before?

Autoplay "allow" and "block" work fine as universal settings. But exceptions are not available: I can enter a website address, but there is no way to make it an exception. There is no "Allow" button or "Save" button.

Hello Mozilla, I like your picture-in-picture feature in Firefox. Is it possible to check via JavaScript if a user has PIP enabled? Some events like "enterpictureinpicture" are described on your website https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Picture-in-Picture_API, but have not yet been implemented. When will this happen? It is important for web designers to know whether a visitor uses this feature - for example to hide the original video. Or is there another method to hide it?

I'm using a new laptop so everything is a fresh install. A few of the newsletters I've signed up for are now using GetResponse for their marketing. Any link I click on in these emails leads me to a "The page you're looking for doesn't exist" error 404. No matter what I try (disabling all extensions & setting Firefox's config setting 'extensions.blocklist.enabled' to false). Both of the companies that send the newsletters as well as GetResponse don't really seem to care and just blame Firefox. Can anyone help me fix this... if in fact it's something on my laptop that's creating the issue? I only use Firefox browser... nothing else and would hate to starting using some unsafe browser just to access these links. Thanks.
