WP10 / Firefox / Thunderbird :

There are two different email accounts/names in Thunderbird. Only the original one shows in Firefox Settings Passwords.

How can I have Passwords also recognize and display information for the second account?

Sir, my hp desktop PC is having -- windows10, Firefox, connect cable Broadband with 100mbps speed, Ethernet, periodically updated. I am very much fond of watching English/Foreign language movies having English CC/Subtitles, online streaming, generally on paid channels e.g. Netflix, prime video, Hotstar, you tube etc. I am not proficient in English language. To read the English CC/subtitles, I have to pause the streaming, read the subtitle and then start the streaming (pause-start, pause-start). After about 15 minutes watching the film, the screen becomes black (no video), with a no signal detected message. But audio/sound remains continue. Then I switch off the PC, restart it, and watch the movie for next 15 minutes., then again black screen.This cycle goes on. But When I watch the film continuously, without pause-start function, then there is no black screen problem. In my opinion this repeated pause-start function causes the black screen problem. Without pause-start function, I cannot watch these movies. I tried some online mentioned solutions without success. Please help me in solving this problem in a simple way as I am not perfect in computer science. Regards.

I basically hate exclamation marks. I want to hide them. They are mainly in ads, in pages contents, everywhere. Buy! Do! Now! It is most disturbing character and it should be forbidden in non-meaningful manners. Years ago I saw such extension but I lost it due to many Firefox updates, which disabled some of them.

Some stupid admakers go wild and put it in end of every button and line.

AVG has ended Online Security Add on for Firefox and AVG has told me that I may not be secure when I use Firefox. How can I stay secure on Firefox. I do not want to have to use any other browser.

I couldn't sign in to my Ring App and received Incompatible Browser error message. Ring Support told me the new version of their app, which uses my default browser to log only works with Chrome or Samsung Browsers (I've never heard of Samsung Browser). Furthermore, they said I had to delete Firefox from my mobile device in order to get Ring App to work.

This seems ridiculous. What's the problem here please??

I prefer to use Firefox, why do I have so many compatibility issues?

Hello Support, when I create an email in my primary email account (karl.volger@gmail.com) and sent it out, it also shows as sent out in a different gmail account. Any reply is being sent back to me is not going into my primary account, but to the other account, my email is shown being sent from there, and not from my primary account. All the settings in my primary account are shown the correct settings for sending and receiving emails. The only thing I did notice that I have dual folders in the primary account of Drafts and Sent..... Please see the attached image.

when i go to my amazon vendor central account i cannot access purchase orders. i get to a blank page that has this code on it:

I have been using Firefox for many years and never had issues. Two days ago, I turned on my HP with Windows 10 and I got a pop up message something about Error Platform 126.0 XUL Runner is not compatible. I could not access Firefox, Google, or the internet. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled, but after that, everything runs very slow. Each time I go into a website, it can take up to over a minute to pull up! I checked all the trouble shooting forums in Mozilla and tried just about everything. I went into About:profiles and created a new profile. It it did not make any difference. I also did a Firefox refresh. Did not help any. I went back the profile I had before the XUL error because my bookmarks were there. Still slow. I cleaned out the cache, in both Firefox and my Windows 10. made no difference. I only have two extensions in Firefox. I don't know what else I can do to fix this.

I just did the most recent Windows 10 updates:

My version is 22H2 for x64 and .Net 6.0.30

Upon finishing the update and rebooting, Firefox gave me the PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR on all websites. Not other browser was having an issue. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I can find. Is there an error fix based on what I am describing that I can now try?

Every time I start up firefox, it takes about a full minute to load. It shows an outline of the UI, but does not become usable for a while, windows also puts up a "firefox is not responding" window when the window is interacted with. After loading, opening a new window is unaffected, and page loading is snappy. just the initial launch is the issue. This remains true even after a clean uninstall + reinstall. Appdata folder was removed as well, and did not affect the issue. I do not have any antivirus software other than windows defender, so that should not be an issue. My hardware is also not likely to be at fault, as it is sufficiently up to date (upgraded within last year, not sharing specs here). Chrome starts up in less than a second for reference. Once again, a fresh install with a new profile has the same symptoms. Have tried every available guide to no effect.

When I click on a new tab, I get this black Google Search page, which I want to go to open my homepage. When I click on home, it does open my homepage. The image is attached. Any help on how to get rid of it would be appreciated. I do use New Tab Override, but it doesn't seem to be working.

So yesterday I downloaded a bunch of files to mod a game. This warning appeared and since then it's been popping up every time I start the browser. I have cleared all cookies related to the relevant sites. I have removed the warning about unwanted and uncommon software. I would rather not clear all my cookies and data to resolve this, so looking for other suggestions first. I don't mind digging through files or code to make it happen.

I use the Kindle Cloud Reader (https://read.amazon.com/kindle-library) to access and read ebooks in my Amazon Kindle library. Since the latest Firefox update something is preventing my ebooks from opening correctly. The ebooks open, but only a single page appears and none of the navigation controls load.

Amazon support suggested trying a different browser. I loaded the Edge browser and had no problems opening my ebooks. I prefer to use the Firefox browser so I hope you can fix this issue.
